I unfortunately am still living here, some tenants are just trying to survive and then some of the tenants are drug addicts that management allows in here. Beware that you will be told false information so that they can get you here and take your money, this place is trash. Amenities that they offer will not be clean or able to use. Even if you’re a clean tenant you will find drug needles, trash, and bugs/roaches coming intp your space. Management will change rules to their liking and will not comply with the rules that you agree to when you move in. Rent has been raised every year with no money coming back towards the property. People off the street walk through all the time and some will take things off your porch or knock on your door at night. It’s overall not place that you should pay for -10/10!!!

Folks let me save you some time, especially if you're coming from out of state. The rent is 650.00 a month and 650.00 cleaning deposit. If you are lucky they'll cut the weeds. The park doesn't look like the picture they have up on this website. The park looks like nobody cares, probably because the manager, or the management don't. But they will raise your rent 10% . There is no game room, horse shoe pit, and the manager is threatening to close the pool.I have been here 3 years and let me tell you this place is a nightmare. Run as fast as you can, the other direction.

What a bad experience we had in this place, I will never return here for anything in the world. For people who think about moving here, think twice before moving here because there is a racist, angry and a harassing manager. There was a family event next to the pool and she was harassing us outside the whole time, looking at us and intimidating us. After a while, she came up angry and said that we should turn off our music, because that type of music was bothering her. that the event had to end at 6pm when the rules there say that it can end at 8pm. I would not recommend this place.

Very unkept grounds are filthy found a hypodermic needle on the ground management won't clean it up owner will not spend no money raised our rent 2 years in a row if you don't live here don't move here

We were looking at living here and were lied to right out of the gate. The website claims 460 a month, we get there and it's 650 with 1300 down. 40 dollar per adult application processing fee. If this place is willing to do a bait and switch like that then we dodged a bullet living there.
