Beautiful park along the Neshaminy Creek and Delaware River. There are a few trails that are nice and well maintained that do follow the two waterways, but they are short in my opinion. They are good for walking, jogging, or biking. The Park also has a large outdoor pool (there is a $ fee), shower facilities and clean bathrooms, along with a playground for the kids. The park is definitely worth a visit for a relaxing day trip.

This is a very interesting state park. About 30 minutes away from Philly. No as crowded as other park. The Delaware river is at the end of the park. It mostly has everything you are expecting from a state park. Well maintained hats off for the rangers for doing such a good job work.

In terms of states parks this one is ok. The play grounds are well maintained, along with the grass and volleyball area (through it needs a bit of up keep). There are several covered areas to hold parties (we visited Saturday and several parties were being held). My issue is the cleanliness of the restrooms and the lack of enforcement of people smoking. We are not from Pennsylvania, but I assume public parks would have an ordinance that smoking is prohibited.

Great getaway park. A local oasis really, park trails of all sort. Beach type area, desert, greenery, with history behind it. Absolutely a beautiful, clean little park. -happyCustomer

This place is sooooo fun and cheap ! 14$ has a big pool , 2 slides , a splash pad etc , things for all ages ! U can have a party or barbecue too I think !! I love it here! The park is nice to it has a playground
