What a great campground!! Camp sites are all pull through and perfectly level, so you can get settled at your site and get to camping very quickly. We chose a full hook up site with extra parking, so we basically had a whole extra camp site to ourselves, and it was still less expensive than a lot of campgrounds in Nashville. The septic hook up has a removable cap and not a metal flip lid, so don’t forget your handy brick or rock to help hold your septic hose in place. The pool is very nice and clean, and the little putt putt course is a fun way to spend a little time in between excursions to the many popular sightseeing spots. The staff are super nice and extremely helpful. I spoke with the nice ladies in the office for quite a while, getting their suggestions and help regarding places we wanted to go visit in and around Nashville. The ladies told me about a terrific downtown shuttle service that you can call and schedule a pick up at the top of the hour. You can then schedule a return trip (they come every half hour) anytime up to 12:30am. Round trip cost $10 per person. The campground is very dog friendly, and they also have a small but very well maintained dog park with a water spigot. An all around great experience here! Definitely will come back!

Nashville RV resort and cabins was our alternative to a hotel. We enjoyed cabin number 504 and it sat nicely on the property with adequate parking. There is green space between each cabin so the degree of privacy is good. One of our favorite aspects of this RV resort was the feral cats that were used to getting a lot of attention from fellow RVers. After speaking to folks visiting, they agreed that having the cats there was a treat . We all hope that the Nashville RV resort and cabins does a spay and neuter for these cats and returns them back their home the park for our enjoyment. We did see kittens and this tells us that the park needs to spay and neuter please. The grounds were nice and the pool was large. The bounce facilities for the kids looked a little long in the tooth, but still fun and seemed like the kids enjoyed those amenities. We were told that KOA is ready to buy the park and that in the future this will be a much larger facility. They’ll do some updates, but we’re all we are happy with it except for one thing: One of the reasons why we wanted a specific cabin was because of the screened in porch. The first day it was great until we noticed that fellow our campers were speeding. These folks would speed by even though they saw the dust and they saw us sitting out there. It was very obvious and very rude .We were disappointed that the speeding law was not implemented better. As it got worse because the employees in their maintenance cart also would speed right by us even when we’re sitting out there. I’m sure people didn’t mean to do it on purpose, but it seem like everybody was just not following the speed limit and it did affect us when we were walking our dog. On several occasions we had to get out the way of speeding cart. Hopefully, when KOA purchases the park, they will instill safe driving for staff and implement a speed limit for fellow Rver to follow.

After an 8 hour drive, the last thing you want to do as a camper is level your RV with blocks when you pay $70 for electricity only. Smooth drive day on I40. It is not easy getting here, took about 4 different highways and it’s smack in the middle of a bustling area. We didn’t partake in any amenities. Just trying to get a cool night sleep. If one night is your goal and you’re looking for a in and out spot this absolutely is not it. Also, I called at 4:30pm when they close at 5 and they already turned over their phones. Additionally the electricity is next to the road so we had to park our Jeep on the road so we could get to the electricity without pulling out 10 feet of the chord. A bit ridiculous as the bigger sites usually are made for towing vehicles. Again only staying one night so not unhooking. Still ongoing. The electricity box is broken.

This place is great!! Looking to stay one night or weeks. Very clean! Big swimming pool. And wonderful prices. We have parked our camper here and also rented a cabin. Both were great! Close to everything. A great place to stay

Clean cabin with everything you'd expect and a little more. Came with fresh bedding has an apartment size refrigerator. A two gas burner cooktop microwave oven including coffee maker and a few K-Cups. Parking for one vehicle at the cabin. Clean cool and smells good. Fire ring.A table and chairs outside and on the screened porch. Easy access off Briley parkway close to the Nashville Palace.
