I came to this space to give a celebratory shout out to the manager, Miss Ana Serna. From the first moment I spoke with her, my experience has been pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure that my family had what we needed to make the transition to a new place more comfortable. She makes sure to explain all the details of what you may be requesting. At the same time she is flexible and ascends to meet you in the middle. I am so very pleased with her great character and poise. Thank you. I am excited to see the vision you have for the park. 💗💗

I like to thank Ana the manager of Modern Mobile Home Park. I got transferred to Fresno for 4 months. I decided to bring my RV & live in it for 4 months. Ana has been WONDERFUL to work with; she is very professional & is very easy to work with. The Park's supervisor, Tim; is always very friendly & helpful. He keep the park very clean, any request is done promptly. Ana & Tim has made my stay in Fresno very enjoyable. Next time I come to Fresno, CA; Modern Mobile Home Park is where I'll be staying.

Anna the manager was very helpful with our experience. Coming from Texas all the way to California, she made the application process a breeze. She went above and beyond with her customer service. Looking forward to doing business again very soon. Highly recommend.

I moved my 5th wheel into this park a couple of years ago. At first I wasn't sure but since Anna has been the manager, the park is clean and safe. My daughter and I feel very safe here. They are making improvements here all the time. IT'S A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.

I called and spoke with Melissa. Myself being a RV owner renting on private property for 4 years going to possibly join community living within an RV park seemed a hard hurdle to surpass this being new to me. Melissa I vouch is wonderful. She IS very friendly patient and to the point. Gets were your coming from if you explain your needs and possible future needs in detail. This completly helped me to no end. Being that going from possibly rv living to tiny house living is a real possibility. Transitioning while within the community is a possibility if you plan well and keep informed. Melissa thank you for your time explaining and listening. You go girl. 👍👍👍
