Nothing exceptionally good, nothing exceptionally bad. It seems like the park has about 5 spots for nightly/weekly camping (at least for our size), and the rest appear to be permanent or monthly residents. Some of the spots are REALLY nice with nice grass and new full RV covered parking on nice new concrete slabs. Other sites seem like they were paved into spots that should be eaves/dog walks. All of the spots are extremely tight, but they do have a bit of grass in between. If you're just looking for a place to park and sleep, this is totally fine. Quiet, safe, good water pressure/taste, and reasonable rates. If you're looking for any sort of experience, I would steer clear. No dog park, no pool, no amenities beyond a bath house and a couple of laundry machines. Oh and no store or community events either. Internet is there, but might as well not be, it's not even good enough to connect half the time, and when you do, you can't even resolve dns or load a web page. Not sure why they are paying for it, or if it's just shared off the office and crippling all the customers. Small on site staff. Friendly once you get to know them, but can be a bit gruff at first. We camped at Mockingbird Hill RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mockingbird Hill We needed an overnight pull through space and they were helpful and friendly. Despite the hot evening I took a walk and the longer term residents were also out and very welcoming. Lots of trees and for being right off of I-35W, we had no road noise that kept us awake, it was quiet and easy in and out. Good water pressure and fairly even pad.

We stayed here in order to be close to the Bass Theater in Fort Worth to see a show late January to early February. The park was very clean and well-kept. The manager, Bonnie, was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. Spots were a nice distance apart. I enjoyed taking walks through the park in the cool mornings and evenings. We needed a mobile mechanic and they recommended a great one who we were very happy with. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

Stayed 2 days at Mockingbird Hill at $45 per night before discounts. All 120+ sites & streets are paved. Most sites - mostly level. Lots of Mockingbirds singing throughout the day. Laundry on site. Restrooms and office are closed due to covid concerns. However, the price is not reduced. Some road noise due to highway nearby, but did not concern us. Did not see any children or hear any barking dogs except 1. 60 PSI on the water & electric and sewer worked as expected. Wi-Fi was worse than bad!! My phone hotspot (which is throttled at 600Kbps was faster than the Wi-Fi anytime I tested) Further, each log-in is monitored to include any websites and maybe passwords used. (see pictures) 75 OTA TV stations was better than the 7 cable stations provided.
