This place is like the little brother of Eaton Canyon, but it is much shorter. I personally like that it seems to have less people than Eaton Canyon. This hike is perfect to go with friends who really aren't bit into hikes, as it's more of a short hike. Another upside is that there is lots of shade on this hike. Make sure you have good parking breaks on your car as you will most likely have to park on the side of the street, and it's a very steep grade..... Or come super early in the morning to get one of the parking spots.

Probably one of the best waterfall hikes for families that I've been to. It was a very easy hike and only took about half an hour to an hour. There were a lot of people when we went on Saturday. But not too much where it was uncomfortable. There wasn't much parking down at the bottom but you could find parking at the top of the hill and then walk down anyway. That was probably about seven water crossings. But the scenery was absolutely amazing all the way up. There were a lot of people with dogs so you could definitely bring your dog but you definitely have to keep it on a leash for the policies of the park. There were some restrooms at the beginning of the trail so if you have to go that would be a good time. It even had toilet paper in there. Make sure to bring some water, extra pair of socks, and some swimming gear if you're willing to deal with the freezing water. And of course don't forget to bring some snacks.

Great little hike. Park at the bottom near the campsite (Adventure Pass required) for a shorter trip. I usually park higher up the road. There are many small trails around the area that can be hiked to extend your stay. Also close to Mt Lowe service road.

Millard Falls is an easy to moderate hike with beautiful scenery along the way! The trail is easy to find and has designated parking and restrooms. I recommend arriving early to get a parking spot, don't forget to display the Adventure Pass on your vehicle!

This lovely hike is super fun, great for kids and adults alike. The hike is pretty rocky, so be prepared to have to clamber over slippery rocks. This is not a mobility impaired friendly hike, as there are no flat surfaces and the terrain requires constant navigation and stream crossing. All dogs are required to be on leash, but be aware I've seen several people with large dogs off leash, even though the signage and fine amount ($150) is marked clearly on the sign at the trailhead. The waterfall is beautiful, and there are many places along the hike to sit and catch your breath, or just enjoy the quiet nature. Speaking about quiet, this trail can get pretty busy on the weekends, and this can cause bottlenecks at the areas you need to cross the stream. I suggest going on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Parking is limited.
