In all honesty I had no idea this park was here ... And I've lived in this area for many years! It's very small but comfortable, and has a nice homey feel. Many homeless people hanging around here, and the restrooms are filthy. Still nice for a quick getaway. It's very close to the Walmart near Nellis and Boulder Hwy. As of 4.28.2022, it looks like the park has been cleaned up, although the homeless population has seemingly increased. Not sure about the restrooms. Update on 11.22.22, Maslow Park has stayed pretty much the same. Overall it's well-maintained, but the park still attracts many unsavory characters. It's one reason why I don't use the restroom there, so I can't verify its condition.

It's got a nice splash pad, however LOTS of homeless people around that like to use it. Bathrooms are filthy and they have a whole homeless sanctuary going on here. I don't recommend it, especially if you have little kids, like me. The homeless people are screaming between each other.

Small park with lots of homeless folks. Never have been bothered by anyone here. Somewhat trashy. Trash bins around unfortunately people just don't use them.

Should park in parking lot. Neighbors seemed disturbed if you parked in front of the park across the street from them. Even though there's no signs saying you can't
