Scenic! Beautiful lake, safe and clean enough for fishing and swimming. Very quiet in the morning, ideal for a walk, a jog or meditation. They lost a star because of the bees. My poor niece got stung by one,so we had to leave. Parking can be an issue on busy days too. 1 Porta potty bathroom 😵💫

Very nice small Park with some Lake access and plenty of picnic tables. I like the cover photos that you'll see for it in the beginning I've got winter😱 time photo for you to see. It is a good place to come and have a picnic with the kids and of course you got that little bit of lakefront access to let the kids play in the water. Come have a look though.

Good place for family swim time. They added a parking lot barrier for a 140 yrd haul to the water so bring a wagon or a golf cart if u have one. Also get there early for parking on weekends.

This is one of our favorite places since we moved to Fort Worth. It's located only ten minutes from downtown fort worth. Me & my babies spend a lot of time cleaning up the trash but it's well worth it. You get the best view of those Texas sun sets! The shoreline is clean, the water is clear this time of year. It does sometimes get a little overwhelmed in the parking lot but the beach area is quite far wrapped around a small quiet "cove" There's geese, ducks, blue heron, turtles, and fish. Small sea shells all around the beach. The waters edge and swimming area doesn't get super deep right away so good for ones with smaller kids. There are also grills, picnic tables so you can bbq and clean up as there are also trash cans! We find bottles, fishing line alot, which will really hurt the wildlife and waterfowl, but if we all just picked up even if it's not ours, it would stay nice. That goes for all DFW parks! If Woke Soap is in the area, we will clean the park before we go! It's only a right as a human to do so and hope others take suit. Y'all have a beautiful city here.
