Camped over 4th of July holiday. What a blast. They had so many kids activities and the pool was so much fun. Loved they had a food truck as well. Enjoyed that they had a fenced dog area as well. Some if their spots even had their own dog areas that were fenced. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. My family really enjoyed the foam pit, pool and the kids trampoline.

We just did an overnighter stay, but used the pool (which was refreshing & clean) & the laundry (which worked well & was clean too). Well kept up facility! As our space was on the hill entering the grounds, it was noisy & not level but everything worked just fine. There’s a beautiful play area for kids to enjoy. One item that needs to be addressed is that the grounds crew needs to be told that customers are on vacation, so when the crew cranks up the mowers to cut the grass and start throwing rocks at 7 AM it’s horribly loud & disturbing, and rude to the customers!

I was really happy with my experience here. They have a lot of different camping options as well as centrally located activities. They have a few small wooded paths. It doesn't have a lot in the way of recreational options in nature. It's clean and the staff are nice. It's located about 25 min from central Louisville. Overpriced for a tent space.

They work really hard to keep it safe and secure and to be available most if not all of the time. They’re quick and responsive when you need them. They go above and beyond to do the little things like daily trash pick up. It’s a very well kept, very clean, safe and fun facility for all ages. Lots of things for kids to do and nice trails to explore. If you rent a deluxe cabin, they stock you with a starter kit of items but can be a little reserved about refreshing items. For example,5 of us stayed 6 nights and they wouldn’t replenish the cabin with a single roll toilet paper , but it’s not really a big deal because they do sell it, as well as most other staple grocery items you might need in an pinch.

The campsite and kids' activities were excellent, and we had a great time overall. However, the bathhouse facilities were disappointing—the worst we've encountered at a KOA. They are in serious need of renovation to improve ventilation, create more space, and prevent wildlife from getting inside. I would give the showers and bathrooms 1 out of 5 stars, but the rest of our stay was a solid 5 out of 5.
