This is only the 3rd spring in Florida that we have been to and it was beautiful! For those of you who have little kids this spring has a great sand bar all around its edge and the water is 3 feet or less in much of the pool. I don’t love that they only offer 2 swim times during the day (we drove an hour and a half to get there) but I get it. There is very little shade and while they do have picnic tables in the area you can’t bring ANY food in through the gate. So in order to eat we basically squished on a bench outside the spring long enough to eat our packed lunches. Not a big deal since it prevents mess, but it would be nice if they had a couple of benches and some tables right by the spring. We have a younger family so not everyone wanted to eat all at once, but we obviously weren’t going to leave kids swimming by themselves (even if the line of sight is good). We brought lots of inner tubes and lounge floats, (they are allowed) and the kids really enjoyed it. The price is also one that can’t be beat, it’s $2 for the car to get in and $2 per person. We went on a Thursday morning in July and the spring didn’t get very busy. If you plan your day you should be able to get in. Lots of their reviews had me worried we would drive for nothing. My oldest loved diving down by the spring head and seeing all the fish. My littles fervently tried to catch the little ones that tickle people’s toes by the shore😂 The playground was under construction, so we didn’t get to play on it, but it’s going to be awesome. Definitely pack your sunscreen and visit!!

It was absolutely beautiful! It's only $2 per carload! We went on a small hike and found a little area with a creek and set up our chairs there and hung out and relaxed! The water was beautiful and clear as can be! Little minnows were in the water! Good part was... The water was to cold for snakes so no worry there!! 🤣 I'm definitely going back! ❤️

While the big playground was under construction during my visit, I could envision kids laughing and playing there soon. It’s a promising spot for little adventurers. Benches and picnic tables dot the landscape, inviting you to savor a meal surrounded by nature. Pack a picnic basket, soak in the views, and create lasting memories. Lithia Springs Park is a tranquil escape where the natural world takes center stage. Whether you’re dipping your toes in the spring or exploring the trails, this park promises a delightful day out!

Great park. The car parking is 2$ and 2$ for each person want to go into spring swimming. They have morning 9-1pm and 2 to 7 swimming slot. Keep in mind to come early so it doesn't get full. Have great camping spots as well with full hookups.

Tent camped there for 2 nights. Absolutely loved it!! Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. We stayed at site 39, close to bathrooms and shower, but secluded. And it wasn't bug infested...
