Quick overnight stay. We had a pull through, which was good because we didn't want to disconnect. The office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We paid around $65, definitely over priced for the site. We were right on top of each other. Literally touching another camper's shade when trying to connect. They have a nice lounge, laundry, and pool. This campground is filled with full timers.

Nice quiet RV park with a lot of residents. A lot of young families live here and if you want quiet time all day you won't find it here. Very clean and upkept park with huge laundry room a sparkling pool, playground for kids and a clubhouse. Rent is not too high compared to other parks in the area. Easy access to and from the I-10 Hyway.

Don't camp here while traveling. The electrical hookup of the whole park is bad and outdated. There is an open circuit for the whole park. We have a 30 Amp RV requirements. We used a surge protector and it told us the there is an open circuit. We have two AC and they kept cutting off. After walking the park in search of help, we learned from residents that they are not using surge protector and the are taking the chance of burning out their electrical components. We could not get in contact with the office because phone mailbox was full. We slept all night HOT in 111 degrees temperature because we couldn't turn of both AC. Most of the residents looked to be permanent residents trying to survive the heat with tarps and other devices. This was a bad sign that something was not right. We were told by the residents that the owner knows there is a problem, but won't put the money into investing in his property.

Our experience here has been pretty good so far there is quite a bit to do here pool, playground and ball courts nice picnic area near the pool the play ground is fenced 3/4ths of the way. There is a nice canopy over that provides some shade. The swings are not covered so they are very hot and the benches provided are also not shaded but the dog park has some seating with umbrellas. Very clean laundry and bathrooms. And a couple lounge areas one geared for small kids with movies they play from time to time inside. Pretty spacious lots. You can get Amazon, ups and fedex very easily, they drop off at ur doorstep. They also offer storage onsite to so that’s a plus. You are also minutes away from anything u could need here too

Returning to Leaf Verde for my third time only this time it will likely become home for awhile. Mom turns 95 this month (July 2024) and my sis needs a little help with the daily care and company for her. I am looking forward to it & I will feel right at home in Buckeye at this place as it is a terrific rv resort and they always welcome me back! Even late arrivals were handled smooth as silk with their packet box and late check in procedure and the security staff are eager to help you find your spot and get setup. So, if you are a Leaf Verde resident, stop by #514 in August when I am there and say Howdy! I am looking forward to being near family for awhile. Lost wife and son to neuromuscular disease in 2016 & 2020 and its been kind of a lonely road these past three plus years since i began my full time rv life. Maybe the owners will have me play some music for the resort sometime after I arrive at the park this fall??. Two of my tunes made the local music showcase on the radio in California in 2012 and still air regularly which says something for quality. :) Hope to see and meet new friends this time around since I'll be around awhile so hope to see you soon!
