After over 10 hours drive on extreme hot day, had the reservation paid and we did earlier checked in in the morning, we arrived at the resort in the evening with a hope of getting shower for the entire family. Instead, the security guard was so mean and rude and told us, “You are not allowed to be here! You can’t come in! You have to go! Go! “ Excuse me! !Just because we are Class C!? I understand later that you are a Class A Resort, but WHY you didn’t say any words about the check in when you see our model on our insurance card?!! The security just said “Sorry! There is nothing we can do for you!” Really? Can’t you? You even didn’t try and no any empathy at all! You ruined the surprise for the whole family! And NO customer service! The next morning, we called the front office and the lady said it looked wrong and would call us back, but we never got any response from her! She is not responsible at all! I want to say no matter how fancy this place is, I will never suggest anyone to go! Bad check in service of the front desk and rude security! I will highly recommend their neighbor resort, Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort! Nice people, nice customer service and very good environment and nice pool! Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort, I want to give you a big THUMB Down! No matter how incredible amazing the facilities are, very bad customer service, staffs are irresponsible and SO RUDE!

This is an absolutely beautiful RV resort. Each site is meticulously decorated, and management could not have been any nicer or more responsive to our needs, questions, and requests. It was a wonderful 3-night stay. L Weatherford

We loved our stay here. The resort is so beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. The site we stayed at was 398. It was so nice. The owners did a great job suppling everything you need to cook and enjoy your outdoor stay. The site was beautiful. The only thing was that the outdoor fridge never really got cool but it was over 100 degrees every day so that could have effected it from working properly. The resort was a great location. Shopping was right up the street and was located 10-15 minutes from the casino strep. We ate at five top chef resturant while there. I highly recommend doing that. They were all great but our absolute favorite was Martha Stewart hands down. Her food was so amazing. The bread basket is a must, the herb chicken, the perogiues, baked potatoe, and the lemon meringue pie for dessert is highly recommended. We wish they had one in the Dallas area. I also recommend doing the city pass. It's so worth the money and there's alot of things to do on it. We'll be remembering this trip for years to come. I hope you enjoy yourself as we did. Thank you Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort for making our stay enjoyable. We'll be back. 🥰

We stayed at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort for four days in our class A motorcoach. Our site was very well landscaped and maintained as is the entire resort. The gated resort was very quiet and we frequently saw security patrolling the premises. We had access to the swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as the pickleball courts, a well supplied exercise room and the golf putting course. We were even invited to attend a wine party in the clubhouse, however, we were unable to attend due to a prior commitment. We highly recommend that you consider staying at the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort during your next visit to Las Vegas.

Everything from A-Z was fantastic! Check-in was fast & easy, staff were all polite, the Security Gate is a nice touch and the guards were super friendly. The site we had was clean and well done. We took lots of walks with our dog and everyone (and I mean everyone) could not have been nicer! Great location to the Strip if you venture that way as well. We look forward to returning and possibly buying in the future!
