I've visited several parks over the years living in West Texas. I have to say I was very impressed with the facilities, and even having a view of the lake. The size of the lot was pretty cool, since it kept me having the privacy I was looking for. The only noise I heard was pretty much the same as any neighborhood. So, I didn't feel like it was an issue. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, and the simple fact of having a laundry room is something I like so I don't have to go all over town. The property manager was also on point taking care of my needs! She didn't rush me when I was asking questions, like some places have, so I definitely give Tara high marks in the professionalism category. Plus, anyone who can joke around with me deserves a pat on the back. Kudos to Tara, I will be back the next time I'm in town.

What a great place to live. Management is very nice. May have a few bad days but don’t we all. Laundry room has been updated. Vending machine and coffee machine have been added. Just as with any corporate office it takes time to get the approval from them. Being in somewhat of the same situation getting bids and approval is not easy. It’s a waiting game. Lakeview RV park is a very peaceful environment and we love it. Thank you to management and maintenance for all that you do.

Lakeview is a beautiful very well-maintained RV Park. Minutes from Downtown Fort Worth! Tara the office manager is very genuine and informative. She’s know the area very well and showed us the newly upgraded laundry room. Definitely a place I highly recommend to check out and stay!

They will steal your money! The office lady is one of the rudest people that I have met. Claiming that I didn't give notice to move out, which I did but she didn't write it down or remember, so now she is holding my deposit when there is no contract and the park is month to month. The price has gone up 3 times while living here. The park electric has caused issues to my RV as well as others in the park (there have been several RV fires!). They say they have amenities but the only thing they have is a laundry room, only some of the machines work part of the time, and you have to find a way to get your own quarters (no quarter machine). There is no zero rating!
