I've stayed here at Lakeside from February 2023 to June 2023. It's been wonderful and peaceful. My neighbors are kind and welcoming. I was lucky enough to be on the pond. Everyday I wall along the pasture that is next to the patk and recently we have two new calves. I've got to watch ducklings grow up and all sorts of birds visit us. The owners are quick to be on-site if any issues arise.

This location was quite a nice surprise. It was really quiet, private & there were interesting views of sunrise with open fields, neatly stacked rocks along the lake shoreline & I'm sure more as I only had a quick visit there. No problems with sewer or electric hookup. All residents & visitors peaceful & respectful

This was a great place before the new people took over. If you come by for a few days or week great but if you plan on being here for long periods of time I suggest you go to another park because they will find violations to get you out. Like I said great place when Britney ran it but now these 2 are all about money and don't care if they made a agreement with you they will make up some reason to move you out. Reply to owner all of those thing you clam in your statement we don't have or doing is wild. Running vehicles we do have, trash we don't have on our lot other people do yes not our lot so do more walking around, and a washer that is a rv washer lol but yet we know and see several people with house washer and dryer but yet they still have them but no not us and we have in text that what we have is ok lol.

Very well maintained. Neighbors are very nice. Nice size catfish in the stocked ponds. We plan on staying here for quite some time.

It's owned and operated by my coworkers' family, who are very friendly and considerate people, who take an interest in the well-being of others. And my other friend's mother lives there as well, and she is very happy with the conditions there. it is a simple park. nothing spectacular. but it has a nice clean pond inside of it. And the park grounds as well as the pond are well maintained/manicured. and it's conveniently located right on the service road for I20 immediately after you exit south on f.m. 740 off of Interstate 20 on the edge of Forney. There's also a locally owned and operated pool hall /bar, that is loved by the community, located just on the other side of the interstate, it's called Stables. You can't miss it.
