This place is good the only problem is that the men’s bathroom water is cold and they don’t open the pool for the last 5 months, but every thing else is good like the salon in right next to the laundry place 😁

Not safe, not clean needs a lot of improvements, management people are not doing the best to help tenants and create a good community, there's always people leaving the park and new one's coming but the problem on the park are the same ones.

POOL ONLY OPEN FROM MAY 26th to SEPTEMBER 2nd???? In San Diego, California?? Ridiculous. Especially since rent was just raised.

They have cut the hours for showers and laundry room !!! The pool was close for over a year!! They bearly reopen it for a little less than 2months and now they are closing it until next year!!! Really??? Agaain?? This is the worst front desk team they have ever had!! This last 4years its gone down so bad on maintenance and cleanness The bathrooms are horrible just look at the pictures… Even the mirror is gone This is the lady’s bathroom

I’m wondering if this is the cooperate office from Brooksville Florida. Dirty RV park. 6 weeks have passed. And Linda who works front office. Said my security deposit of $250 got lost in the mail I said may I please have corporate’s phone number oh I’m sorry I don’t have that. Can I have the website I’ll have to get it from Sarah three weeks later I caller yeah I talk to corporate and they said that I smelled out last week I said also you have a phone number. No I don’t have a phone number. You said you just talk to him. She’s got my money and I talk to for other campers at the campground they’ve never received the security deposit call Anna local channel 9 news. Linda. In Florida. Where’s our money. River oaks campground in Brooksville Florida. On. Cortez Blvd. Beware campers. No refunds.
