Recently, our curbside trash service was replaced with three large dumpsters, as far as four blocks away for residents; following concerns from the trash company regarding the safety of their drivers. When I inquired about losing our curbside service and expressed concern for the safety of our community. I was told by a maintenance guy, 'If you don't like it, you can move out.' While I have generally enjoyed living in this community, this change raises serious concerns about the well-being of the tenants. The safety and convenience of residents, particularly the elderly, should be a top priority. Expecting individuals to walk long distances in potentially hazardous conditions, especially during winter months, poses unnecessary risks of injury. Additionally, I have personally experienced a flat tire from driving near the new dumpster area, and several of my neighbors have voiced similar frustrations. It’s surprising that no formal petition has been initiated, or that the trash company has not been held accountable for neglecting the safety of the community. A more reliable trash service that can meet the needs of the residents should be hired to restore the dependable service we previously had for decades.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking into buying or renting to own their home (Mobile Home or Tiny Home) It is a peaceful low key environment pet friendly Erica the Property Manager will do her best to get you in.

My boyfriend really would like to live here. It's convenient for his job. But we have been to the office,twice, during office hours & have not been able to contact anyone. We have knocked & called while we were knocking. I have made an appt for tomorrow, may 10, 2024, at 5:15. I sure hope their will be someone to help us.

Being a new tenant at the park... I will say I was a little skeptical of living in a trailer park because I know some can be a little on the scary side. I am pleasantly surprised on how amazing it has been so far. Everyone is very nice and helpful and fast at taking care of any issues I have had. And it's very peaceful and we actually have an amazing night view! 😌

I want to give a big THANK YOI to Erica the manager of LMP . When my daughter had come home from being out if town she was faced with an unexpected issue that needed immediate attention ( which was not the responsibility of LMP) when she mention to Erica what had happened, Erica sent staff to help her that evening and offered her support over the phone. The following day Erica called my daughter to see if there was anything else she could do to help her. I greatly appreciate Erica and the staff at LMP for the immediate support they gave my daughter. In the past 3 years my daughter has bee a resident at LMP it has been a very enjoyable experience and quite community. The management and staff has been cosintantly helpful and very supportive. Again a BIG THANK YOU TO ERICA for going above and beyond to help.my daughter. As a mother this means more to me than words can say. Marsha S Niccoli
