We were in town visiting family. The sites are close to one another, but well maintained and public areas are clean, easy to access. The location is in a combination residential and busy commercial area, but it is quiet inside the RV park and the lake in the middle makes for nice views and fun catch-and-release fishing. It's important to note that the internet service provided is very basic. You can purchase better service at a reasonable price, but if your stay is lengthy this might be a consideration.

I stayed here for a year. At first it was OK. But as time went on, the management here seemed unprofessional and unaccommodating. They "nit-picked" me at first, I went along with it. But then their entry gate has flaws, it tries to close before you get through. They need to update their gates with more motion sensors, took out the side of my truck. Then the management tried to blame me even though it was THEIR gate that has issues, and not up to date with current standards. The management was hateful and rude. They appear to lack education as demonstrated in their poor business acumen. The location is not good in my opinion, loads of noise at night with the fast and furious wannabes and their loud slow ricer cars. I never felt safe in the surrounding areas. This is not a nice place to stay long term. MUCH happier where I am at now. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not one is the people here were friendly for the most part. And the lake is cool, this place has so much potential if it weren't for the poor management.

This Property is managed by a control freak who is violating your civil rights by giving illegal vacate notices. If you pay and asked to leave you don't have to leave. They must serve you with a legal eviction. If you have been retaliated against,harassed locked out please contact a civil attorney. Infinity Law Group will be more than happy to assist you. That's who I hired to fight for me because this company is doing shady business.

Nice adults mostly park. Just need to turn down the temperature of the jacuzzi and pool. The jacuzzi was almost uncomfortably hot and the pool was only a few degrees cooler than that.

Nice size spots, well maintained and many covered parking spaces. It’s our 2nd time here and we haven't had any issues. Really a nice place and great helpful staff.We camped at Katy Lake RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
