We spent 10 days at this KOA while vacationing in Kansas City and enjoyed every minute! There is so much to do including a playground, warm pool, jump pad, pedal car race track and FREE mini golf. Most places we’ve been charge but I love that they do not. They also have a foam party every Saturday on the basketball court that our girls loved. We don’t use the bathrooms for showers but did stop in occasionally to use the restroom when we were out and about and it was always super clean. I also heard someone saying the showers include soap, shampoo and conditioner...just like some hotels! We also had a special request while we were there and they were very accommodating. All the staff we encountered were stellar. Can’t stay enough good things! We’ll be back!

Had a great experience with these guys till we left. Started some laundry asked if I could do an oil change there and was told no so we left and did it at auto zone got back switched over the laundry and their guy Russ came at us yelling at the top of his lungs. Very disrespectful he was under the impression we did the oil change anyway. We fixed the misunderstanding but the manager lady his girlfriend came out and said she had to ban us? We laughed and said not necessary after the level of disrespect they showed and continued to show while we got the cloths out of the drier we would never return. Mad props to the sweet lady in the morning but Russ and his girlfriend are a nightmare. Terrible customer service here. They actually wanted me to pay an extension so I could finish my laundry. Pathetic.

Clean and quiet campsite about half an hour away from Kansas City. Easy to navigate to from major roads. 24 laundromat on site. Pool was only open for one day out of our two night stay. They have a jump pillow for the kids and a nice playground in good shape. Bathrooms were extremely clean and well stocked with soaps and shampoos. They were also located right off the pool which was convenient for getting the kids clean after a swim. The service was above and beyond. Very kind and friendly people here. Would return again if I was in the area.

This is by far the best KOA we have ever stayed in. We have been to numerous of them and there might be nicer properties but the employees here more than make up for it. Carol, James, Nick, Shelby and Brittany were so pleasant and helpful it made our stay amazing! I recommend KOA send some of there other managers there for training because they have the best team ever! Thank you all for an incredible time 😄

After a 6 month stay I am here to tell you that the new management is phenomenal! I was worried after seeing previous reviews. The management changed over about a month before our arrival and we saw this campground transform over the time we were there. Lois, Brittany, Shelby, Dean, Jim, James, Nick, and the rest of the crew made us feel right at home and were super accommodating. They made us feel like family and had the park looking amazing. It was definitely up to KOA par! We enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again if we are ever back in the area! Do yourself a favor and book with them!
