We’ve been full timers here since 6/2023 and loved the park until about 6 months ago. I’m not sure if it was new management taking over or what. It seems nice for a few day stay but long term is not good. The grass has been cut once in the last month, except the pond and field beside it where people take large dogs. The pond/field has not been mowed in at least 6-7 weeks. No landscaping has been done in many months; flower beds are full of weeds and dead bushes. Elderly men and women are even mowing their own grass because it gets so high. We are unable to fish because of the grass/weeds. Mosquitos and others bugs are infesting the tall grass, and our dogs are constantly itching from the bites. The park has been broken into twice since May by armed men and the park has done nothing to increase security measures. Rent went up with the quality going down hill. My wife reached out to management on 8/1 has not gotten a real reply to address the issues. She works night shift and stayed up late because a manager told her she would call her first thing the next morning on 8/2. Manager called at 430 pm while my wife was sleeping for work, we emailed the list of concerns that night but have heard nothing back.

We are on a 2 month cross country trip and decided to stay here for 2 nights, It is 25 minutes from the Houston space center. This is a true rv resort. Beautiful well kept grounds, Nice main office, nice putting green and corn hole game with large trees to shade, rocking chairs, fire pit, nice pool area, BBQ area. Club house is very big, pool table and lots of seating. Nice arcade area and best part is the games don't charge you to play. Overall my absolute favorite place I've stayed so far and wish we had a few more days here to enjoy the park/resort more. Office ladies were really nice, makes a difference for me when I stay somewhere it makes the stay better knowing nice people are running the place. Like anywhere if you have kids, be a parent and be present if your kids are out playing. Highly recommend this place. The Rv spots are roomy I just parked like 4ft too far over, so it crowded my area a bit.

We were immediately disappointed in this RV Park as the sites are extremely close together and very little grass. First time we have come across this. To make matters even worse we were placed right next to people who hate dogs and apparently the Manager knew this. They called to complain about us and told lies that never happened and the Manager told my husband we are well aware of how these people are. My next question was WHY would you put people with dogs next to them knowing this when there are multiple open sites??? We stayed the week we paid for and couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you have pets this is not the place for you!

For the money it’s a great deal!! They have everything… pool, hot tub, bbq area, showers in more than one place, 2 laundries, game room, meeting room, well equipped workout room, yoga/pilates room, on site storage and next to a huge park and a 10 min drive from all the main stores (to the south). A sports bar and convenience store within walking distance and an enterprise rental car location right across the highway.

Great experience! Awesome property! Joy was great to work with! Stayed for 2 months. Very reasonable rates. A bonus was being guided to our pull through spot. Most parks do not have this perk anymore. We have a 45 foot toyhauler and a Dodge Dually, large pads with attached 10 x 12 for your grill! Coded gate access. Very safe! Pond on property! Activities! Lots of pull throughs, tall trees, several bath houses, laundry rooms, club house, awesome pool and hot tub! Very quiet family oriented park and close to what you need to get to in Houston! We would recommend this park and will be back the next time we are in Houston! Thanks for a great experience!
