We have gone here multiple times a year for a few years now. It started as a great place but I think they’ve built more and more cabin and RV doors it has extended the service and the amenities have also become over extended. The pools are now insanely crowded and there are not enough chairs by at least 100 people looking for chairs or just needing to sit on the concrete. The pool decks do have room for more without making it too packed. You have to get in line extra early if you want to secure a chair. The water park pool is often cloudy and dirty due to the amount of people and most likely kids peeing since you rarely see any going into the bathroom throughout the day. They also have said they are getting umbrellas again but so far nothing at either pool. The hot tub was often so full the people were even packed standing in the middle. All the extra fees (resort fees, lock fee of $45 a night to keep the spot you RESERVED, etc.) make it extra expensive. It really has some great and impressive amenities and it was truly amazing for a while. They put a lot of money into this place but the money they put into expanding the amount of people has outpaced their expansion of ensuring it fits everyone and is enjoyable to everyone. We will be second guessing our future stays here. We are going to start looking for a different RV resort.

Really enjoyed the family vacation. Everyone was very nice. We went for Labor Day so things were very busy but still got to enjoy everything and family time. We had a RV spot and cabin. Not sure it's worth the extra money to have to pay to have them close together but it was nice being close. Rachel was amazing checking ya in and if we had extra questions. Highly recommend getting a golf cart but it's not to bad if you have to walk around.

We had 2 cabins for the weekend. Everything was very clean. In working order. It was perfect. We had everything we needed. We found everything easily. The pool is warm, clean. You need to bring your own towels. Love that is pet friendly. We didn't have any issues with anything at all. We saw deer both days. It was a nice park we would return

Go when it’s not crowded. We went when it was maybe 30% capacity and I can’t imagine the pools when capacity is full. There are 2 pools but not enough seating by a long shot even on slow days like we experienced. There are other activities and golf carts to get you around. The tiny houses looked new and nice. There are grills on some sites with fire pits you hook your own propane into. Bathrooms and showers were near where we were. Lots of amenities here but just be aware of the pool crowds.

Great fun! Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying in a Cindy Bear cabin. The whole park was really clean, well organized, the staff was all very friendly and professional. The bad reviews on here had me scared before our trip but our experience was great. Highly recommend! And even though the golf cart rental felt expensive, it was worth it. The kids loved carting around and made for easy commuting around the grounds.
