Restrooms are clean and decent. The lady at the office was very nice and courteous. They have a pool and it’s close to a shopping center with lots of stores. Location is good but it’s close to the airport so it’s going to be airplane noice at certain time, also the train goes by at times.

I have been calling weekly (for a month) to get an overcharge reversed on my CC. Initially I was told they do not provide refunds and can only get a credit. However, the issue is the person entering the total amount in the pin pad over charged me by 1 night. I will not accept a credit for their mistake. ZERO communication back from the manager so far. The location is sketchy. Our camping site smelt of sewage and the dog poo was so bad we couldn't let our son play outside. We actually watched a long term tenant let her dog poop on another campsite and leave it. When checking in we asked for a pool key and were told no, not until the next day. Which made no sense and we were unable to use the pools the following day due to plans. Overall I would never stay here again or suggest it. I have put in a claim with my Credit Card company but want my review to be out there to warn others.

Oh where to start? This place has a really appealing name: Jantzen Beach RV Resort. That’s where the appeal ends. We stayed one night as a midpoint stop, and I am glad it was just for one night. The airplane noise is no joke, but the “clientele” is also a little questionable. Suffice to say it’s the first time we took everything out of the truck bed that could be taken and locked it up for the night. There was a small patch of uneven grass for the dogs to do their business and the first thing I noticed was white “pretrified” dog poop (iykyk) that clearly had been there for months! Ugh! Looks like their primary method of “landscaping” is to throw bark over things. There is nothing “resort” about this place. Appears to be many full-timers with pretty dated rigs. I read somewhere that the long-term rates are really favorable. Not so for a one night pull through: $99. Yikes, and no thank you. Definite hard pass.

Great RV park unless you work nights then this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Between the planes, port traffic, and landscapers 2-3 times a week you will get little to no sleep unless you’re capable of sleeping through a freight train on a daily basis. Now I understand why this place is $150/mo on average cheaper than any of the other parks in the area.

Horrid little spot. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. Completely ghetto collection of single-wide mobiles and long-term resident campers. We arrived after 5 and the office was closed. They have the bathrooms locked up with card-key access and if you arrive after 5, too bad. No bathroom for you. No park host available. Why not put the card key in with the late check-in docs you left for us? Bright spotlight type street lighting has the place lit like a Walmart parking lot. Right under the airport flight path. This is the worst place I've ever camped.
