We stayed at the KOA Hollywood Florida for 2 nights. Spaces were very tight. It was in the heart of the city, but not gated or secured. The men's room lock was broken so anyone from the street could have access. Internet was non-existent although the hostess said it was available. They forgot to apply our discount, despite the fact we made out reservation through KOA. We did eventually get that taken care of. Laundry was available but was more expensive than other KOA's we've been to. There were no other amenities. I wouldn't go back. Not at all up to KOA standards.

Insufficient and overpriced. I've stayed here twice due to the proximity to miami and the beaches. For this trip, I'm paying almost $200 for 2 nights for a 24 foot van 30 amp in the off-season, and I don't even have internet right now. We had a storm that disrupted the internet earlier today, and all management had to do was restart the router to get it working again, but they just didn't do it, even after I repeatedly asked them to 5+ times. I raced back from the beaches because they wanted me to sign some paperwork and I figured with the internet, I could just stay parked and watch tv this afternoon/eve on my overpriced Koa spaxe. Nope. Instead I was provided no paperwork to sign once I got here and I'm stuck here without internet for hours now, despite there being zero outages in the area at this time. I could have parked in a rest area tonight and prob had better service. It's very disappointing that KOA is not more serious in providing what customers are paying for. Just because the utility stops in the middle of a storm doesn't mean that you don't need to provide it long term, because you're too lazy to make two minutes of effort to get it working again once the service is restored :( Maybe management should make the internet router accessible to the campers given their KOA staff doesn't care to manage it at all!

Nice little park. Safe area and right next to shopping or anything you may need. Al Andra and Frank are absolutely AWESOME. So welcoming and helpful!

Might be okay for one nighter for some small to medium sized rigs. This is a very small RV Park with very tight spaces especially for large 45ft rigs. Large rigs will find this place challenging to navigate. Located in a residential neighborhood. There isn't a very good place to cut your towed from your rig. This is not a typical KOA model. Manager was very nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time at this location... Staff was welcoming and helpful. Holder shower but overall clean. The camp site was nice with the patio set and interlock patio.. little too close of the neighbors with their firepit smoking our trailer... Booked online really easily. Price is average but was disappointed when we got there and find out of the size of the campground. We didn't feel comfortable to leave our trailer alone the first day to go visiting the area but turned out decent.
