We took our first RV trip here over Labor Day weekend since it's close home. Friendly gate staff. There are several toilet and shower facilities around the park, and they appear to be pretty clean. Although none of the stalls in the bathroom I visited had working locks. We had lake access to swim. The sites have 30 and 50 amp shore power, as well as a household plug, as well as potable water. There were a lot of people, but overall, it was quiet. We would visit again for sure.

The place is well-equipped, with a solid road for RV parking and a convenient RV charging site. We brought along our tents and marinated chicken and corn, which we enjoyed grilling over a campfire. The atmosphere was perfect for a cozy family gathering, and the grilled chicken turned out delicious. If you're looking for a great spot to camp with family or friends, this site is highly recommended!

Wonderful campground especially for seniors. I personally did not see any playground or marked beaches but they could still be there. There are about 125 campsites well spread out and well groomed. Every site was large and spacious. Shade level is about 50% overall. Plenty of dumpsters close to sites. Boat friendly shoreline. Lots of deer. You would never know it but restaurants within 1 mile. And plenty of shopping, theaters, everything very close by but not at all intrusive on park. My husband said the dump site was clean and best laid out he has seen. Numerous bath houses around park that are very nice but need more frequent cleaning.

Beautiful! We stayed with water and electric at #43 which had the MOST AMAZING VIEW OF THE LAKE!! Awesome to keep our windows open to and watch the sunset. Plus the trails and our “yard” was great for our dogs! We wish Em we had stayed longer. Definitely will next time.

We are regulars at Pilot Knoll. We love the staff, especially Jeff and Dana. Wonderful experience every time we visit. Bathrooms are spotless and campsites are clean.
