Some places are good but most of the rentals are trashy. They don't keep up on the appearance and I think they have the same problem with maintaining other stuff. I wasn't even looking to rent. I was just checking it out for my son and I told him no.

These people aren't right, truck was hit by another vehicle and nothing was done. It was a hit and run and no help from the people that own the property. Continued abuse to my property and the owners aren't stepping up. Nothing is being done.

People get kittens/cats and then abandon them when they move out and management prohibits residents from feeding these poor babies that never asked to be in the position they’re in; homeless and hungry. Even in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees the water bowls left out disappear. The maintenance man boarded up the bottom of a trailer and trapped cats under there to die. Terrible people, God is watching!

I applied for a duplex hoping to move in fairly soon seeing as I had the money to move in. I was attempting to move in with my boyfriend who at the time didn't have a job. They expected 3 times the rent, and expected my boyfriend to have a job even though I had more than enough to pay rent monthly. They took a month and I had to call to see what was happening just to be told if my boyfriend can't find a job I cant move in. The management is so rude and they're just money hungry a**holes.
