Pool is closed too often. Memorial day holiday, pool and laundry were locked. Then again today at 1130am the pool was closed and its supposed to be open. I was speaking to another lady who works here, getting information about when the pool would re open, and the manager decides to yell at me from her office. I had no desire to speak with the manager. She's rude, and way too comfortable in her position. I have never, and will never accept a bad attitude from someone I'm paying for a service. Customer service is the most important aspect of any business. Twice I've been to the office about the pool being closed and twice I've received nothing but attitude and sass from the manager. Her Co worker should be promoted and the manager fired. I'm a veteran and have an autistic child who loves swimming. It's summer time, and the ONLY reason we are here is because of the pool. I will NEVER recommend anyone stay here. VISTA RIDGE RV never closes the pool and has 1000 times better management. Hopefully the owners see this review and have a conversation with this lady. Get off the high horse and stop blaming everyone else for your attitude. The pool was not closed for service over the holiday. Whoever was supposed to unlock the pool decided not to come in and unlock it. Everyone deserves to be off during holidays but the task of unlocking laundry and pool takes 5 minutes.

Just finished off a month long stay at Greentree Village my family of five, including three small kids, and was thrilled with the experience! Nice people, clean facilities, refreshing pool and great management. Annette and Veronica were on point and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We have friends staying here for 2 months in an RV. Annette in the office was very professional and friendly getting us set up with the reservations and explaining all the amenities at the park. The groundskeepers and maintenance really keep the park clean and attractive, including the pool. I understand they have been here over 20 years and you can tell they take pride in their jobs. I would definitely recommend Greentree Village to others. Very quiet yet you are close to shopping and an easy drive to downtown San Antonio. Perfect location.

Pros Very nice quiet neighborhood, feels very safe. Annette the office manager was very kind and made the point to make me feel my concerns were a priority. When she said she would call me back she did and solved issues quickly. Very nice and affordable laundry facility with clean spacious bathrooms right next door. I also had an address as well as a mailbox instead of a lot number allowing me to receive my own mail and packages. The address automatically qualifies for the ACP program meaning $30 off your Internet, and spectrum services are already installed to activate your individual service. Cons Kids bus stop is outside of the subdivision, there are a lot of speed bumps but it does keep people from speeding, I still feel they went a tad overboard. 10 min drive to the closest city bus. Was a bit more expensive than expected Rent, utilities, trash fee, landscaping ran me $1042 last month and this month is higher than that. Overall very nice place to live!!!

Our air conditioner went out at our home, so we packed everything up and took our RV to Greentree. We were fortunate they had an open spot for us, and we completely enjoyed our stay there! We could not have found a better location or friendly people there! Keep up the good work! Thank you!
