Keep driving. There are much nicer places in this area to stay. I stayed for two months a couple years ago, and it seemed endless. I was happier staying at the mobile home lot next to the liquor store in Charlotte. I actually felt safer there, too. Do not recommend.

It’s in a good location security was very nice and always around the other people who stayed around me were very nice and friendly. The management was easy to work with was very helpful. There are a few reasons I did not give 5 stars. With all the events that go on so often it makes for lots of foot traffic and potentially loud nights. Some guy in a Harley loves to scream down the walk way all hours of the day and night to get to the store. I know these are out of the parks control. I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

We stayed there 2 months and the owner was very nice the day we moved in, but after that day he was a total jerk. Don't talk to him at all or you will get an attitude. I spoke to him to let him know we would pull our camper out for the weekend to go to the shop. His office lady told me to put a cone in our spot and when I told him that he went to cursing and went nuclear on me. I will never stay there again. Read the negative reviews and you will see how he is.

I've been staying here for over four years. It is clean, well maintained, quiet, and safe. Philip, the owner, works harder than anyone I've ever known, making sure that everything is in proper working order. He goes above and beyond. I just had a flat tire, Philip removed the tire and offered the use of his vehicle to take the tire to be repaired! That is just one example of how Philip takes care of the people who live here. I've heard many stories like this from others. Everyone that works here is awesome, and you are all appreciated! Pay your rent on time and keep your place neat, and you won't have any problems!
