I had this reserved and the business ended up selling and I have tried contacting this business and can not get a hold of anyone to get my money back since I was not able to even experience this place, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Update it is over a month later and I have still not been contacted after several emails and when I try to call I keep getting voicemails and nobody has returned my calls. I will report this business to BBB if I'm not contacted soon. I deserve to get my money back because I dis not get the services I paid for in advance.

We were very excited to go glamping here but we had such a bad experience. I had originally booked a date in April but due to the rain we had to reschedule, which it 's totally understandable. I had rescheduled our visit to last week 5/18/24, so when we get there on Saturday, without knowing they "upgraded" us to and RV. An RV that I believe it was the owner prior living situation. I didn't even know they made these changes until we got there. Apparently they had sent me an email that same Saturday at 7 in the morning explaining the new changes. Which we did not agree to these changes. They said supposedly the tent I had reserved "broke" which is not true. I believe they just over booked and just stuck us in an RV because they had realized their mistake. When I asked for a refund they said no, that they would try to accommodate by giving us a current % back. It's been three days since we've been there and I still haven't heard anything back from the owner or who ever is in charge. And i still haven't received a portion of our money back. It's really disappointing, me and my family were really looking forward to this glamping experience but was robbed from this experience due to the negligence of the owner. The only good thing I can say about this place is about Ansel the person who assisted us when we arrived. You can tell he really try to help us out as much as possible but the owner wasn't willing to help. He's the only reason why I'm giving this place a 2 star. 10/10 do not recommend. If your looking for glamping experience you better off going somewhere, like San Diego at Alter experience they are 1000% way better.

Glamping Adventures — the name itself evokes images of luxury and customer-centric experiences. However, my recent interaction with this company has shattered any illusion of professionalism or integrity they might claim to possess. I booked a glamping experience with Glamping Adventures, enticed by their promises of unique stays and excellent customer service. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a frustrating and deceitful ordeal. Initially, everything seemed promising. I made a reservation well in advance, excitedly anticipating a getaway that never materialized. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation and was assured by Glamping Adventures that I would receive an almost full refund if they managed to find a replacement guest. Nef stated he was, indded, able to find a gust to take my spot. Here's where the nightmare began. What followed was outright negligence and disrespect for a paying customer. My subsequent emails were met with radio silence. It seemed as though Glamping Adventures had conveniently chosen to disappear rather than fulfill their promise or even communicate honestly. I have kept meticulous records of every interaction — emails detailing their refund policy, promises made and subsequently broken, and the growing frustration with their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. These records serve as irrefutable evidence of Glamping Adventures' unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their customers. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Glamping Adventures. Their enticing promises of a luxurious outdoor experience are nothing but a façade for poor business practices and outright dishonesty. The charm of glamping is tarnished when the company behind it fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and transparency. I urge potential customers to learn from my unfortunate experience and choose a reputable company that values its patrons. Glamping Adventures has lost not only a customer but any semblance of credibility they might have once had. **EDIT-- Response** You're lying, I never received a dime back from you. Please SHOW PROOF. Why would I lie if you refunded me? This is just sad.

Had such a great experience. Nev the owner picked us up on the road and checked us in. We had such a great time. Got totally grounded, you can smell the pine trees and it’s 20 degrees cooler than vegas. Highly recommend his treasure hunt adventure package and some of the other tours too. Definitely coming back with my folks next time.

I wish I could rate more!!! My fiancé has never been camping, it was his 26th birthday and I wanted to surprise him. Everything is like pictures and videos but BETTER! I recommend everyone to go once! The views are amazing! Very quite and put together. Unfortunately no signs leading up to place( due to federal land) but if you follow the directions to the T you’ll be perfectly fine! I have a Hyundai and made it through no problems! Our car died unfortunately the morning of check out but nev was so amazing and helped with no problems. Our kids are 5 and 3 & they enjoyed the stay as well! Can’t wait to book another stay’
