We rented a cabin. It was quaint, clean, and what we needed. There are no bathrooms in the cabins. You have to walk to the public facility, but those were spacious, clean, and better than expected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Price for our stay was very reasonable.

Entry & exit can be difficult due to in across stop light traffic and right angle exit onto narrow street. Check-in parking T-s to outlet lane and is problematic when busy. Sites are barely graveled. Thunderstorms will muddy your rig with red dirt. Whole park is on hillside and there are few truly level sites. Adequate facilities. WiFi drops out all the time. It's daisy chained repeaters rather than wired. Infrastructure might have been OK in the 50's but not today. LOTS of permanent residents, so expect to have an unsavory view in some sites.

We stayed here the 2nd week of July for 4 days. Absolutely loved it! The staff was great and friendly. The campground was clean and the sites were spacious. The Laundry and bath houses were clean and adequate. The best part was that the campground was located close to everything. We rode are e-bikes to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend this campground.

Our family stayed in this RV campsite for two nights while we were there for a few attractions. The front desk is nice and welcoming. All sites are very tiny. I believe others in Colorado Spring are also very jammed. I used the laundry (back) which no taking coins; another one located in the front does. I downloaded the apps fund minimus $10. Washers works fine. However two blankets and one mattress cover got burned in the dryer-middle. Another dryer was working fine. So I noticed that to front desk about my complaint, but no one has contacted me yet. I was so upset that the service and quality are not worth it for high prices.

I visited a friend staying here. The area is lovely. So many trees. Everyone is SO nice. The pool is great. Such a cool place with lots of fun things to do within walking distance.
