A good place to stop for a reasonable rate. We stayed 2 nights. Cash only. The utilities worked well. This place is mostly long term with a few rentals way in the back. The back area could use some cleanup and maintenance. We will be back when in the area.

If I could have given one star I would have they took my mothers money and kicked her our the very next day and was yelling at my 53 yearold mother the manager is a big alcohol as well I tried to call and see what was going on and she cussed me out and I never once was rude I pray god looks over your ugly behavior because this is unheard of !

The RV park is ok I would give it 5stars but there are a few Cons. For one it needs lighting around the park it is very dark over here it would be nice to have the laundry room back. They not too long put speed bumps in that's a bit over the top, The place needs to be updated like paved spots Pros: All Bills Paid! Update: for some it's not all bills paid it has become under new management.

Water is constantly being shut off with no warning. When asking management they either “don’t know” or it’s “probably something “ there is never a clear answer or time estimate on when we’ll have water back. How do you manage an rv park but you don’t know what’s going on In the property?

I live here and for most part....quiet. Owner is here on a regular visits and keeps track of things. There are just a few people who have made negative comments concerning this place since NEW Management/ Owners have taken over. One such comment from "Riudy Garcia"..."Terrible Manager" has had numerous conflicts that were totally unnecessary and he has instigated problems that I have personally witnessed. So, Riudy Garcia.....your RV is small so you were issued a small lot ....but YOU wanted to park your truck in the next lot!....How do I know....because I am the one who delivered the other RV to the lot next to yours!!! So, Get over yourself and and quit being so angry at everyone and enjoy the small RV you chose to place onto a small lot because you didn't want to pay more for a larger lot! One of the others is just an attack on management because they can't have their way for one reason or another. True.....there might be problems here and Owners and Management are continuing to try and fix these things but they can't happen overnight as expected by disgruntled, unhappy, unthankful people who do more damage here and run off screaming and whining about how this place is so terrible......but they are ALWAYS late or behind on their rent. I am not an employee here and but I do live here!!! If I have ever had a problem...I have addressed them with the manager and it was fixed in a very timely manner.
