Leaving a 4 star review since we did not have time to do research on rv parks in this area before we arrived and I do not like to give unfair reviews I give both sides to the negative and positive so those who are looking to stay here knows what we experienced and Elizabeth the manager was a great person to work with. Fort Worth Rv Park is what it is, it provided a space for me to park my travel trailer while I was working in Fort Worth. PRO ISSUES: Elizabeth who runs the place always answered the phone when we called and helped out when we needed it. Showers were nice and clean when we needed them and laundry room was nice. Overall clean place where everything was included in our monthly fee. Great place for short term stay. I did not have time to visit the local people here in the rv park since we would travel to our home on weekends and travel back to our trailer on Mondays and we felt safe leaving our travel trailer Friday thru Mondays which was a big plus for us. NEGATIVE ISSUES: If you will be there more that a few weeks get a covered space anywhere except on LOT A. Very little room to sit outside by your trailer. No trees or shade except on covered spaces which cost more. The uncovered spaces such as ours in LOT A was very small just enough room to fit our trailer in and it was hot. If we had to stay any longer we would have gotten a covered spot. It is a large parking lot with narrow spaces for your trailer A business behind our trailer was loud in the early mornings with trucks and fork lifts running, parking was very tight where we were located hard to get in and out at times. Wish the swimming pool had been open, but I understand they had issues with it. Wi-fi was off and on at times always having to put in passwords and rebooting. The electric/power went out or blinked off and on at times, yes I understand during the freeze that was not the parks fault however during the spring and summer it should not be going off and on like it did. Maybe that is the price you pay when your electric is included in the overall monthly fee. Overall Fort Worth Rv Park in Benbrook, Tx was a learning curve for us, we appreciate them for allowing us to stay for 6 months. If you need a place to stay a night or a week this is a good place to stay but staying longer than that I am not sure with the Texas heat it is the best place and with little room next to your RV to put out chairs or grill is a not good for extended stay they really need to think about the room in between each trailer on LOT A.

We lived her for about 8 months before we hit the road to full time travel and it was very peaceful and clean. I felt very comfortable there with my two little boys. We lived in the lot next to the office and washer and dryer and it was always clean and well looked after. This is the place we will return if we ever end up in Fort Worth again.

Very clean and well organized park. We had to make impromptu plans at the busiest part of the eclipse weekend and Elizabeth went way above and beyond in figuring out how we could extend our stay at the park. Thank you for making our trip to Texas much more enjoyable than it might have been. I could easily see this being my go to snowbird spot!

Going to keep the house in town and park here to chill. Away from the fast life. Very comfortable.
