Enjoyed our 5 month stay at this family owned RV park. This park has been around for years and has maintained occupancy for those looking to park year round in the Denver area. Not many at all that allow for year round or long term stays in Denver. We were delighted to find they had space for us. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and major roads easily accessible. Close to 285 so some road noise but RV’s are not the most airtight vehicles. Residents are nice & the office hours are very accommodating. Staff & maintenance are seen driving the park often. The park is one of the originals staying true to its family roots. Progress being made as they maintain great, affordable rates. Thanks for having us - we will be back.

A service dog should only be excluded if unfit or a nuisance. To require a client to relocate due to the breed of animal is absurd and wrongful. Policy? I absolutely get it- however policy and rules should apply to everyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Go to the Deluxe RV Park instead, thank me later. The following review is with all the respect it’s due. If you want to be mistreated and yelled at by the “owner” stay here. The bathrooms and showers are moldy, slimy and disgusting. The lots are on top of each other. They have stupid rules like you can’t park next to your camper meanwhile people have broken down cars there anyways. Their parking lots are just mud pits. Lots of homeless people walking through your campsite if you’re on the edge of the park. Even though they have “security” it doesn’t feel safe. All of this was fine until the owner came banging on our door at 7 AM screaming at us about where our truck was parked telling us she was going to call the police. Our only regret is not having our cameras working to catch her morning breakdown, she woke up half the park. There is NO reason for an adult to react and behave in this manner. We left this dump and went to Deluxe RV Park where we were actually treated like human beings. It’s 1000000000000000 times better in terms of facilities and management. Don’t waste your money here. Based on other people’s reviews we aren’t the first people she’s done this to, AVOID THIS PLACE

Stayed 10 days while visiting relatives. No other RV parks had openings. ~$60 night. Shower and laundry facilities are dreadful. Water and sewer are under the back of your rv and a pain to access. Sites are quite close together. Manager, office and maintenance people are friendly and are quick to attend to requests. Not likely to stay here again. More expected for the price.

Not impressed. This is an older park that isn’t terribly well maintained. The lots are fairly level, but spacing is tight and the pads are a wreck - a mix of broken cement, dirt, mud, and outdoor carpet (see pics). We constantly tracked mud in. Most of the sites are booked by permanent residents. The trailers weren’t too old or trashy, but there were lots of beater vehicles. It is a quiet park with strict rules, and close to a nice stream-side bike path. 6/11/24 Response to owner: Great to hear you replaced the concrete. Now keep goong, as there are many other sites in your park that could use an update.
