Stayed 3 nights, not bad. Gravel sideways pull thru right on the road in the campground. But there was a big box made of old railroad ties with weeds growing inside and a broken picnic table. It was right out of the door and didn’t really serve a purpose. Quiet but still close to town but could use a little reorganization.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was close enough to anywhere in Colorado Springs that we could get around pretty easily. Lots of road noise though. It's right off the highway. It was active all night long, every night. We had a seven night stay. There's a good number of residents, but plenty of room for weekenders and short stays. Get the free coffee in the morning. Good stuff.

Very nice campground with great facilities. Made reservations while still on the road and didn't arrive till after closing. They didn't even charge us until the next morning. They had several restroom facilities and private showers with toilets and sinks. The owner was very nice and offered us free coffee. It was near a highway, so there was some road noise. But overall, it was a quality stay for the cost.

This campground is an excellent value for the price. Everything is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. About half the tenants are full time, others come for a day or week. The west side of the campground is next to a big meadow with a postcard view of Pikes Peak. Amazing sunsets! They have a fenced dog park. If you want more features there are other fancier, more expensive campgrounds to be had in this area. If you just want the basics, this a great spot. I extended my stay an extra week because I'm having a great time here.

A boy by the name of Daniel leach (accurate last name) is advertising this location as their place of business and clearly doesn’t use fb marketplace normally. I would’ve considered coming here but after the harassment I received for simply asking the availability I think it’s best to steer clear
