Beware if you are allergic to bees. Bee swarms. 5 family members (2 children and 3 adults) were stung during our family reunion this August. Another issue was: I placed a deposit on 5 cabins and I was overcharged $260 for a cabin that I canceled. They didn't tell me I was being charged this until a month later. I could have had a family member stay in it instead of the tent he was in. I'm still dealing with this because they never answer their phones or respond to emails. Not a happy camper!

This is by far one of the best campgrounds we have traveled to. The service and friendliness of the staff is second to none! The staff members are some of the most accommodating people we have encountered camping. Family members from Washington Oregon and Idaho totaling over 25 people all stayed there for a reunion, and everyone talked about how great the experience was. We will definitely be back!

We were more than pleasantly surprised at this campground. There is lots to do for the family including yard-type games and a playground. The showers are clean as well as the bathrooms. There are beautiful string lights at night to help light the place up, but not so much that you feel intruded upon. The staff is friendly and helpful. We needed a wrench to tighten a hose and they were all too quick to accommodate. We brought our dog, but make sure you keep them on a leash at all times out of respect for everyone else. Our dog was also greeted with friendliness by the host. They do have what looks to be a beautiful wedding venue with the altar being near the water and beautiful trees for the background. They have river access and have even created small enclosed areas with rocks that are perfect for small children or pets. They have a small store on site that even sells alcohol. You are about a 20-minute drive from an Ace hardware and grocery items and about a 10-minute drive from the Woodshed, a local restaurant. They have water and electricity for trailers, but do not expect internet access of any kind at your site. Even when we went up to the store area where the free Wi-Fi is the strongest, the best you can get is texts and make phone calls and some light internet use. There will be no uploading or downloading of any kind. We are excited to go back and make this a regular destination.

Very kid friendly. Atmosphere is very family oriented. Toys could use some updating but kids played and had a blast. Very lovely people working there. I've already booked another stay.

You are All Awesome!! The Lodge was Perfect for Our family and had everything we needed!! We All had a Great time and couldn't be Happier with Our accommodations!! Inside and outside the area was Perfect, Everyone Absolutely Loved Our stay!! We will be Back!!
