Stayed here for 5 months! The management is incredibly friendly and are the best type of neighbors you could ask for. It’s a convenient spot near the military base, if you don’t mind the frequent noise of aircraft passing over. My neighbors were friendly and quiet. Surprisingly private and serene for a nearly-full park. My only regret is that I didn’t use the pool more!

Okay. This is the most honest review I can leave for this place. We lived here for almost three years and survived three sets of managers. The positives!— great location, close to highway and conveniences. Pool is excellent and washer/dryers. When we first moved in we took walks every day with our six children and it was safe and really quite enjoyable. A lot of people had complaints about Rick and Kim—the first set of managers. Personally, they did great for the place. Learned to really like them and appreciate what they did for the community. They really wanted people to enjoy their time there and truly live like you’re RVing! They stuck to the rules but still treated people like humans and lent a hand to help everyone. Second set was a disaster, but honestly it was nice to see everyone out and enjoying life again with WAY less rules. They made the place feel like a community (too bad they took advantage and stole from the owners and people). Now let’s get to this third set. Danny has always been around the park helping the previous managers and he was a very kind person. Once him and his wife became the Glorious managers, it all changed. For some reason at this place managers have a chip on their shoulder like they are above people. Now let me say we followed every single rule here. We played the game but we observed EVERYTHING. Once these two got in here 1. multiple Friends of ours got kicked out for lack of picking up dog poop immediately after they pooped in their small grass area (sometimes the wet ones gotta dry!!) Oh yeah you only rent your pad… this means anyone can step through your small grass area (the typical respectful rule of not walking through other people’s campground area is annihilated here, it is called the “common area” which allows everyone to pass through freely) the managers would walk through our grass pointing and talking about things right out our windows, sometimes at 9PM!! 2. Our sweet 78 year old neighbor -that has lived here longer than the current managers- was told he needed to leash his cat while outside, all while our brand new neighbors never had leashes on their dogs and let their dogs all over this old man’s pad (with a leashed cat 🙄). 3.DO NOT HELP THESE PEOPLE (my husband helped multiple times with his tools for hours with nothing expected in return)They don’t care about you. Example: We were told a price to put our second camper out there for a week and Roxie argued that she never said such price. We kept the paper she wrote the price down for us, showed her and it was still not honored because she didn’t remember. Roxie also said she would prorate our last half month there because her “boss” said she could use good judgement in our situation. Guess what? Not honored again. This place is now ran like an HOA not a campground. You may not have fun here. No campfires… I’m not sure I’ve ever been in a campground with no campfires. (All previous managers allowed it) The California owners use this place as a cash cow and these managers follow along like blind bats instead of having a freethinking mind of their own and a kind heart. All in all, don’t trust a word these people say. Get everything in writing and signed. And make sure to follow the rule book of 700 pages. If not, they’ll slap a new book on your door highlighted of your wrongdoings. I watched good people get kicked out of there for ridiculous reasons. I don’t know where humanity has gone, but it’s not here. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would give. They try to make up their ratings with quick stay people, and I agree, if you don’t have time to really know these people and what they do, quick weekend/week stays are great. But staying here full time is AWFUL with these “managers” Again we were never crucified of these rules, we just watched them take place with our RV friends and neighbors. We were smart enough to know our situation and stay in our lane.

Honestly im not here to do a review but to warn you we met a lady named stacy Big Horn 5th wheel 2097 Bright yellow car, I payed for it she ripped us off for about $7000 We met her at happyacres in Shawnee, Beware Police are are looking for her and She has stolen money that we needed to cover expenses, we now face complete financial ruin. Wife is a disabled vet, I have cancer and we have a 12 year old and the money she stole was a settlement for having our farm fail because of shady financing issues and after all that we finally got some justice to have her rob us of it.

I've been in the park about 6 months now. There has been a change in management and maintenence since I've been here. The team is very responsive, goes above and beyond! Updated washer and dryer with app payment now. Pool is seasonal and is always clean! Park is well kept, quiet and safe. It's such a great community!
