Our 2nd trip in a few years, was happy with the upgrades made to the campground (filtered water dispenser, new steps, etc). Front desk lady was extremely helpful. These campgrounds are generally quiet during the weekdays. Very buggy at this time of the year so bring bug spray, make campfire and memories! Lots of interesting wildlife spotted; I can see why it's popular to "bird" here.

Nice campground. The sites have a decent amount of space between them and a lot of natural that screens the sites off. The bathrooms were clean and there are private shower rooms with abundant hot water. If not for the trains going by every 30 minutes, it would be even better.

Was an alright place. The bathrooms and showers were clean with hot water The camp spaces were spaced apart nicely to provide decent privacy. The campground has a small grocer, liquor, and beach goods store. It's not too far from the beach, but then you have to drive a ways to find the public parking.

One of the better National Park campgrounds in terms of size and spacing of sites. Good tree canopy for shade throughout. Little to no undergrowth to screen views between sites, but the spacing helped with that. We walked through the state park campground and Dunewood campground in the National Park is way better.

Small, quiet campground. Most of the sites are decently secluded. Showerhouse was very clean, and handy to have a large sink with hot water to wash your dishes in. Definitely the best campground in the immediate area!
