This is actually a great RV resort. They have great amenities which include a Pool which is kept sparkling at all times and fitness room, a game room and laundry facility which is kept very clean. The lady that they have cleaning is super nice and helpful you will see her early in the a.m. making sure the facilities are in tip top shape. They also have Bathrooms and showers as well at a BBQ area, dog parks and a dog washing station. The park is nice and quiet and We found the location to be surprisingly convenient we were worried it would be too far out away from the city but it actually isn’t. We were able to get everyplace we needed to go in 20 minutes or under so surprisingly we loved the location. The only semi negative things I have to comment on is they still use quarters the old fashion way to run the laundry machines where I’ve seen low end RV parks that have an updated system with an app for your phone which is much more convenient. They are also a bit more pricy than some of the nearby parks but I’d have to say with the amenities and the cleaning and maintenance staff it is worth it. I would definitely recommend staying here

One of the most expensive parks we've ever stayed at but a very nice park. Really great front office. The biggest complaint everyone hears is about the new maintenance man that watches over the park. He will kick people out quickly and hardly without warning. Over small issues. It creates a lot of insecurity and makes people wonder if they're gonna be safe to stay. Also, electric is now seperate and is added on top of a very high rent for a dirt lot. It just isn't what most RVers are wanting to pay after selling their mortgages and looking to live simpler. Beautiful park! But after the huge rent increase we had to move elsewhere.

The benefits of this park are the amenities & the location. The issues I have are these: Some staff members are rude and make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The speed limit is 10 miles per hour however people are always going much faster than that. Children are playing and people are walking their dogs so I wish the staff would be proactive in preventing an accident. The staff gets aggressive towards you if you accidentally go out the wrong exit. You have to drive a maze just to take your trash to the garbage area and then make sure you go all the way around the other side just to exit the park. The entry and exit are wide enough to accommodate both directions, about 4 lane’s width. The washing machines are always dirty with various hairs, dirt and grim, gross. This park has regular landscaping however that doesn’t ensure they are actually doing a good job at removing fallen debris from the area, plus some racking should be done to the larger rocks that have been misplaced do to who knows what. It’s a tripping hazard and it’s not tidy. Some of the longer term residents need to keep their areas tidy and not have unsightly cardboard, trash or toys thrown every which way. I hope the new owners are interested in my remarks and communicate my concerns with their staff who need a lesson in hospitality. It’s not hard to say please and thank you.

Desert’s Edge is a great RV Park for long-term or short-term stays! The park is beautifully landscaped (see photos) with native desert plants. The staff does an incredible job with maintenance too! I never see any litter around and after monsoon dust storms they get the debris cleaned up quickly! It is really great for my dog too! They provide dog waste bags throughout the park and I’ve never seen dog waste left as this encourages everyone to pick up and just the way they maintain the park s nice you don’t want to mess it up!! There are also fenced off areas to have your dog off-leash around the park. And a small play set for young kids! Recycling is available as well as plenty of garbage bins. They also feature a super nice grilling area that they clean daily (restrooms are nearby and cleaned daily too!). The pool has always been sparkling clean and just the right temperature! Most important is I feel safe here even at night. Many people have things outside their RV and I’ve never heard of any issues with things disappearing (unless it’s a monsoon!!).

Made a reservation months ago however upon arrival today we learned the bathrooms are closed for renovation and there is no WiFi. There was no notice, no contact, and no discount! While we are self-sufficent in a Class C and have Starlink for WiFi, every once in a while it's nice to have a larger shower stall! Limited number of pull-through spaces and none have any shade or landscaping to speak of (that is clearly stated on the website; if you want trees and shade you need to reserve one of the numerous back-in spaces, which look very nice. Our slip, #405 was long enough for our 31' Class C and VW - we were able to leave the tow dolly connected. The gravel site is mostly level and has 50 and 30 amp outlets, no 20 amp. There is no CATV however on-air channels come in clearly and there are many to choose from. AT&T has four bars and Starlink was fast enough to stream on TV and power up 2 phones and 2 computers in prime time. Have not checked the laundry room or pool yet and the dogs are not happy with the complete lack of grass (I know, I know, it's the desert). We're here for five days and won't be back. I only chose this place because it was the closest park with pull-through slips to a downtown location I will be at every day. The area is heavily industrial with lots of razor wire topping fences,
