If you need work done on your trailer better to get someone outside of the park. I asked thr "Handyman" and "Electricians" for help with my home. I asked them to fix the issue with my homes electrical box because they aaid and I quote "Yo se.." and "I know...". Not only did they not fix the issue they left it worse so my homes loses power in certain parts almost every week, and they still charged me. This happend 3 times, safe to say I'm never asking for help from anyone here again.

Very comfortable place to live, I've never had any issues with any neighbor or any of the staff. I have always enjoyed the fact that its always nice and clean. The manager (Mark) is always available for any issues and will respond to any problem on the spot. I had a broken PVC pipe at 4 in the morning and Mark was there to save the day. Helped me with his tools and coupling i needed. Im glad i chose the right MHP after moving my mobile home from very bad mobile parks.

If your a Pet has never had feas or tiks before, then you don't want them living here. Especially during the summer where there's a rise in fly's and other insects. And don't get me started on the Manager. He acts all nice and kind, at first, but get on his bad side once then all that kindess and nice personality; goes out the window. Update: He literally moved out of here. That says alot

Mark the manager has maintain stellar service for my time in the park. Management consistently maintained open lines of communication past office hours. Full service, accommodating simple needs, and clean. Thanks for helping me fix my A/C Mark!

Mark and his wife were extremely kind to us. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We’re bikepacking and found our oasis after trudging across the city. In a good location with anything you could need nearby. Thank you!
