My husband and I stayed 1 night at this park and left. Although it seems like the owners are trying to update the area, it has a long way to go. The lots are extremely close. We were told they only accept RV's that are no older than 10 years, and this is definitely not the case. So many of the units were in very poor shape, and the amount of stuff accumulated around makes the area look like a junk yard. It doesn't seem like there are any rules or restrictions. The dog park is basically a very small area of gravel and no grass.

This park has everything you need close to the heart of the city. The staff are kind and friendly. The facilities are top rate and spotless. I will be back!!

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and can only assume there is more to the story than the OP shares. We had not planned to stay here, but my wife needed emergency surgery at a nearby hospital and Deer Valley was able to accommodate us. We were in the “beggars can’t be choosy” scenario. This place turned out to be great. It’s quiet (except for some small aircraft traffic which was not bad), very clean and watched over carefully. It seems to be more of a “workers park” rather than a “travelers RV park” (if that makes sense). During the day most folks are gone to a job I assume and even the weekends it’s very quiet. More than happy with this business. Tami who is the only staff we had contact with was always friendly, asked several times over our stay how my wife was doing. Really nice.

Have stayed here on two separate occasions and have had no issues or problems with the staff! Place was a good location for me as I worked near by. Keep up the good work!

Scam. Attempted to say rv resort 1 they think way to highly of themselves $65+ a night 🌙 forthem roll their eyes because wife was asking them question about the area what ended up causing us to leave is when I over the person's behind the counter said "god do I look like a Google ". I was done we left, why stay where we are hated. Would not recommend this was 6/23
