Site was uneven, interacted with 3 people, 1st-the girl behind the counter was not trying to interact and was painful to get information from, 2nd the guy was nasty when he came to the pool and said it was closed, it was 8pm and the sign said 9pm. 3rd guy was the trash guy and was very nice! For the cost of this park per night you’d think level sites would have been level and possibly even cement and or not gravel.Lastly, the entrance from the main road is very tight and difficult not to hit the curb.. try widening it

Exceeded my expectations. Arrived late but check in easy. They left the porch light on and AC running in the camping cabin. Once inside the grounds didn't feel like we were in the city. Kids enjoyed all the activities. Pool was nice but just wish it was open a little longer in the evenings.

These are the most wonderful people. They are accomodating and kind. Once in the campground it is wonderful! Large sites. All the amenities plus clean, level sites, dog parks for large dogs, and separate for small. The traffic on the highway at the entrance is tricky. Avoid rush hour!! At first glance, it will appear you are going to be cramped and tight. Once you turn in, you see differently. Soooo much space. There is a security gate - which is wonderful! But WARNING!! When you are leaving in your RV, the gate opens TOWARD you! Stay back. Our stay here was cut short, but we loved our time here!

This Koa was very nice. Only reason for 3 star is customer service and rudeness of a few employees. The people cleaning restrooms were always on the phone and taking forever to clean them. It says a certain time they won't be in service but that was rarely the case. The ladies who lived above the office treated us as if we didn't belong there. Say hi they never said hi back say good morning just same mean glare. The 2 guys that would clean park , unfortunately can't remember their names well we're very pleasant and helpful. Bryan and kara were amazing and always friendly and helpful. Not impressed by management on how he never did anything but drink coffee . There were issues that needed fixed but left to become a bigger problem . Great place but needs better management and customer service training.

Overall, this is a really nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. It was a little tight making the right hand turn to get into the park and there is not a lot of parking in the check-in area so be prepared in case things get backed up. You do have to enter from a busy street. There are lots of large trees throughout the park that provide shade. Sites are mostly grassy and mostly level. The grassy areas can get a little messy if there is a lot of rain. Hookups were convenient. The showers were nice and kept fairly clean. The laundry room was a decent size as well. As is typical with most KOAs there were also several play areas for kids. The park is convenient to a lot of different shopping and it is close to Six flags.
