The manager is evil and scared everyone away so glad we didn't purchase our trailer I would not recommend Living here I have been warned by so many ppl so we went else where just trying to save you the head ache

I've lived here 20 years, I've had no serious complaints, We are under the Rent Control ordinance , The space rent is reasonable, many improvements has been made and are beginning to be many more. Management is doing a good job. Good Clovis schools for the children.

Been staying here about three weeks and LOVE IT!! SEEMS like a great place to live VERY QUIET I must say its one of the CLEANEST Nices looking Trailer Park I've Ever been in.

My experience is with the manager Vicky. I have parked in places I wasnt supposed to . The manager has always been kind enough to text me so I wouldnt get towed. She also has helped me on multiple occasions with my mail. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Very, very helpful.

Nice MHP community. Good management. Monthly space rent is a lot cheaper than apartments in the Fresno and Clovis area, includes water, sewer and trash. Gym, pool table and banquet room in the clubhouse. Swimming pool. All ages, mostly adults and seniors. Quiet, most of the time. Airport is only about a mile away. The Air National Guard flies in and out every so often.
