【Spacious Large capacity】 The diameter of the bell tent is 16.4feet and the top height is about 9.18feet. The side walls (supported by 8 poles) are 55inch high, which is much higher than the walls of the ordinary bell tent (22.8inch). So there will be more space available for this tent. It is suitable for people who want to place a lot of equipment, such as tent stove, chairs, tables and beds. It is ideal for music festivals, backyard parties, family camping, weekend breaks and festivals.. * 【Material】Tent roof is made of TC cotton canvas (65% polyester 35% cotton), which is very breathable and can reduce condensation. The fabric itself has good water-resistant performance and can withstand light to medium rain, but for better smelling and breathability, it doesn’t have PU coating, so it cannot be called waterproof, please don’t stay in the rain overnight. The tent walls are made of 210D Oxford cloth, detachable tent floor 600D oxford cloth, PU3000mm keeps you dry and comfortable.. 【How to Set up】】The eight corners of the tent can be set up by adjustable straps, pegs and side poles. It has eight doors and all have mesh windows, so it is very easy to get in and out. All seams are double stitched and all four corners are reinforced. The small straps above the windows are used to roll up the entire sidewalls (after unzipping the zipper at the bottom of the tent) so that you can turn the tent into a canopy look (as shown in the picture of the 2 ways to build).

If you want an expensive and frustrating campground stay at this one. First NO potable water at the Full Hook Up Site. And no WiFi at the sites, only in the clubhouse. At $175.00 a night they should have been very accommodating. Every time we talked to the management here, we were more stressed than prior to talking to them. We stayed during the balloon fiesta. They called us the day before our scheduled check-in. They wanted to know what time we would be there and we told them 11:00 a.m. They said that should work fine because they reopen the roads from the fiesta at 11:00 a.m. So we figured we would arrive around 11:15 to give us a little extra time. We got into town and we had to drive 1 hour to figure out how to get into the campground. When we finally got there the check-in process took over a half hour. They gave us a map and our site was right around the corner and they told us our escort would be there in a little while. We waited 5 minutes drove around the corner and went to set up. I went to hook up the water, we were supposed to have full hookups. Does a cap on the water spigot saying it is not potable water. Justin the maintenance guy that was supposed to escort us pulled up in his golf cart. Pointed out the label on the spigot and he said oh don't worry about that. And then called the office and the lady said don't worry about that you can drink the water. And then called the manager explain to her about what non-potable water means. She said don't worry about that you can drink it everybody does. Explain to her that I am a RN and I know what non-potable water can do to a person's body. I attached a picture of the water connection. When we were getting ready to pack up at the end of our stay, I got a call from the office and they told us that we needed to go to the office to check out. We told her we are not doing that. She then said well you will need to come to turn on the water access "key". We said absolutely not, the maintenance guy installed the key, we are not removing it. She said oh ok and hung up. The only positive thing I can say about this campground is that it's a 10 minute bike ride to the Balloon Fiesta. We will never start here again.

Property practices discriminatory rental screenings by making up rules not explicitly stated on application. I received an application for a rental, not a lease. There is an “unearned” income section on application. It does not state child support is NOT accepted. I gave court order garnished order that I’ve had for 13 years in addition to my CSED portal payments and bank statements. Clarissa Calloway then states she just learned after my application that they won’t accept child support for income eligibility. I offered to put my mother as co-signer. They then stated since I have rental history, I cannot use my mother since co-signers are only for those with no rental history or credit history. This is another disclaimer not noted on the application and seems biased. I don’t receive much child support and my W2 shortage (3x’s the rental amount) was $200 a month less than what I receive in child support. Additionally, they only calculated my W2 income and didn’t also include my 1099 income that averages 10k yearly. For more information, see 2022 Albuquerque new ordinance that prevents landlords from discriminating against tenants source of income, including child support Laura, theyesman, regional property manager states they are exempt from this ordinance since owners own majority of properties. However, these communities only lease their land/lot to those that own their manufactured home. In addition, the rest are normal advertised rentals that are subject to rental practices since this isn’t a “private community” as Laura states. Laura also states this is a new ordinance and that’s why she’s unfamiliar. These topics have been on the news and three years ago isn’t new. It’s like an CPA trying to practice in a sector they’re unfamiliar. Professionals have to have applicable competency within their sectors.

STAY AWAY! My home that I lived in for 2 years was unfortunately shot at on Christmas night. I have a small child and immediately packed my stuff and moved. Management did not care AT ALL! Forcing my family and I to pay for the damages as well as not wanting to let us out of our lease. (Even though we gave them a 60 day notice). Asked for camera footage and conveniently the cameras stopped working the night before. They advertise the community as “gated”, yet the gates are NEVER closed. Brought this issue up after what happened to my home and management literally said “Yeah, they just don’t work, we apologize”. DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY!

Went into the office to purchase one of the two trailers they had just listed 4-6hours prior. Was told that one of them was sold? They have two young ladies working the front office and they treated me like I was bothering them for asking to do a walk through of the trailers. After a very awkward interaction with the "main" young lady I was advised that I would get a phone call from a person named Angela. Well I have still never spoken to anyone nor have I had any follow up with this company. When trying to sell a high dollar value item, and you have a buyer with cash in hand, you don't NOT CALL THEM! I then contacted Meadowbrook and was never contacted back by them either? To the owners of the place, this is how your front office is doing business. They CONTROL who they sell to.
