Nice clean campground.water hose isn't very close to the camper. Cute little shade shelters over the picnic tables.(although site #10 was in the hot sun on the table all afternoon)

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to a great Brewery/Restaurant. A block away from a casino and amazing golf course. Cons: Clearly not renovated recently, kinda run down, goat heads everywhere (check your shoes before going in your RV). Many sites not level at all. Had to max out my leveling jacks and still not level. If the city would drop some money it could be one of the best RV parks ever based on location.

There was no campground host when we arrived and we had to help other campers find there campsite. The campsite was uneven, bathrooms were not very clean, and the host was upset that we were broken down. Which we were fixing our trailer and trying to get out of there, but he could have been a little more understanding. Also this was the host’s campsite.

Ok, average rv park, good location, no upgrades since I've been going there, probably 17 years or more, Bathrooms very dirty, only 1 shower and 2 toilets wasnt cleaned the 4 days i spent there. Zero to no maintenance on roads, trees, site posts, or dump station. Sites only have water n electricity. Host mostly working on his site n motorcycle, not very clean or organized. Was fairly quiet n some good views.

Great stop if you are looking for a cheap spot between ABQ and Santa Fe. Park host, Mike, was so friendly and helpful! Check out at noon, but I stayed a little later with no problem. ADA shower with fully adjustable normal knob (no push button, campers!). I think the tiers were $18, $20, and $25; parking spot vs fire pit area vs half-enclosed awning with water and picnic table. Mostly RVs and van-lifers, but I tent camped (there are nice springy tent pads for the top/awning tier) and my suggestion is to check the weather for wind speed! The wind got vicious.
