Mike, the manager of the property whom we dealt with was one of the nicest, polite and accommodating people we have met on our trip. We've been traveling for 2 months and he went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The sites are large and clean. A little surprised that the sewer hook up is behind the camper which made it interesting to connect to, other than that all was perfect. Because of the staff we would stay again when in the area.

I wish I could give zero stars. People, READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS. The negative ones are accurate. The positive ones are either fake, or very old. We turned up having booked multiple nights for a trip to Memphis. Not knowing the area, we didn’t realise this “resort” is located almost right next door to the worst part of Memphis. You WILL feel unsafe. Police sirens constantly. You will also feel unsafe because of the toxic “amenities”. This is simply a shipping container which has had a toilet, sink and shower installed. I would guess that it has NEVER been cleaned. It is utterly putrid and stunk like a back alley full of drunk homeless men. There is also a “new” coin laundry. The problem is, the manager told me the dryers weren’t working. Allegedly since that morning - but the curled and yellowing “out of order” signs suggested perhaps they hadn’t been working for some time. The washers did work, but were so filthy they looked like they had recently washed muddy horse blankets. Disgusting. On arrival, we were handed no less than 7 pages of rules for the park. Sure, rules are important but 7 pages? This “resort” bears no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures in the website. In comparison to other RV parks charging similar prices, this one does not even rate. Go somewhere else.

Stayed for three months with my travel nurse wife. Had a great experience overall. The park is old and continuing to need some TLC. The bathroom and laundry situation isn't great, although its serviceable (minus a couple laundry machines being out of order from time to time). Sites are pretty spacious and the park is surrounded by greenery. Its a large park so there's plenty of room to walk around. The lake is very pleasant to look at and seemed to have excellent fishing. Pretty even mix of long term and shorter term folks there for the fishing etc. Lots of traveling workers. Everyone we met while staying there was very friendly. The staff/owners are great people! Mike, the manager always took care of any concern we had promptly, professionally and with the utmost courtesy. Also the park hosts were similarly dispositioned and we never had any issues with anyone. Will definitely return if in the area.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good views fairly quiet. Bathrooms/shower house is a joke. Sewer hookups are under the camper. Not convenient at all.

We are in Memphis for a concert just for a couple of nights. As full-time RVers, this park is perfect for our needs for a short stay. Full hookups to get our laundry done and clean house. We have our own washer/dryer so I cannot comment on the facilities on site. Very quiet as well. Park is clean with lots of grass. We chose a pull through site and it was super easy to get set up. The man working here helped us and was very friendly and professional. One minor complaint was the trash bin was literally overflowing and smelled awful but we weren't near it. Only noticed while walking the dogs. A great place to stay while visiting Memphis.
