We come here often since we have family in Clarksville. Under the previous owner, the campground was clean, well maintained, dog park was great, place was beautifully landscaped, the owners took pride in the campground. However each time since the camp has gotten worse and worse. When we arrived a few days ago, we were told there was an issue with the water but it would be fixed before they closed, the next day they had no propane…there are no poop bags at the dog park. There is a plastic rake and shovel for scooping. This morning when I grabbed it to clean up after my dog it was filled with soft, runny excrement. I scooped up my dog’s poop but almost threw up with this disgusting rake and shovel. Where are the bags? During another trip, while driving in and trying to get to our site, we ran into an unavoidable mud pit on one side of our camper. The mud drenched our tire and side of our camper. Many of the sites need more gravel, also the grass is often not cut in the dog park and in fenced area of the campstore. It looks very unkempt. It is hard to believe that Clarksville doesn’t offer a decent campground. Rjourney you can do better!!

I absolutely love this rv park. We rented a cabin. They were so clean. It was during the heat of the summer and the room was so nice and cool. We used the game room and the facilities and it was the best vacation ever! Looking forward to coming back and visiting family!

Great RV Resort! Quiet, clean, great staff/customer service. We had to make last minute reservations for an emergency and the staff were so amazing, understanding, and accommodating. We enjoyed this location and would gladly recommend it if you are looking for a great RV park.

We were booked for a four night stay in our fifth wheel. Into the 2nd night watching the news we found ourselves to be in a red zone for hurricane Helene. We went to the office to ask to have our remaining 2 days changed. Give us credit and we would come back when there was no threat of extreme weather coming. We were told they wouldn't do that for us. I contacted R Journey also as they are the company you book your stay through. Gilbert told me the owner is on site and to contact her. I went back to the office and from the receptionist she showed me the cancellation policy. It stated it shall be amended in the event of a natural disaster (i.e. blizzard, HURRICANE, wildfire etc) (Ok, so why am I not being refunded or issued credit??) I would need to talk to Sharron when she comes in. I told the receptionist to leave a message to have Sharron call me asap when she gets in. SHARRON never called me! What horrible customer service!!! We did leave the campground the 2 days early with no refund issued to us. Our safety was the number one priority. Now Sharron has only herself to thank for this bad review of her campground and not working with us. It is really a shame how good customer service just doesn't seem to exist anymore. I also noted on their website for September and October if you pay for 2 nights you get a third night free. hmmmm...that didn't happen either.

This park is not big rig friendly. The trees were about 24 in too low and would have scratched my fifth wheel. When you call to try to get moved the reservations people have no idea what the park looks like or what sites you can fit in. There were two sites we could have fit in but we were told they were unavailable even though there was nobody using them that night. This was 7:30 at night. They told me they were not reserved and no one was using them but they were unavailable. They wanted to put me in a site that we could not get into because of trees they planted. The trees are beautiful, but the way they shaped them create a significant risk to scratching and scraping the sides of an RV. Big RVs have to swing big to make those turns. It would have been very difficult. They found me a site but then tried charging me an upgrade fee. This was a bait and switch. This is a fraudulent business practice. When you sell someone a product or service that is not available then try to charge them an upgrade fee. We left for many reasons. It will be very obvious to anyone who goes through that campground. We got a call back from the reservations guy and when I told him we left he said he could not authorize a refund because of their refund policy. I told him I really didn't care because I was going to do a charge back with American Express based on the fraudulent business practice. Fortunately, the images from Google Earth are several years old. The trees are much thicker and more evasive than they were whenever those images were taken. If you are going to stay there, make sure you use American Express because they are excellent when it comes to protecting their clients from fraudulent business practices.
