Neat little park with lots of picnic benches to sit on. There is a pond with a small pier. Also a cool waterfall! Two things that I would say negatively are that is close to a busy road so it’s noisy and there was a lot of trash in the ponds and waterfall. On a positive note it had been freshly mowed.

Such a cool little park with water running thru it. Unfortunately the water looked kinda stagnant and it smelled horrible. In some parts of the park I was literally gagging by the smell and I have a strong stomach. If the water was cleaned up then it'd be much nicer.

City View Park has potential, but there is a ton of trash and dirty clothes everywhere. The grounds are not maintained and the walking paths are worn down to near nothing. There is a nice man-made waterfall, also full of trash, that leads to a small stream which leads into a large pond. The pond has ducks, and they must be hungry because they followed me around everywhere; which is fine because I like ducks. All in all, I'd go to this park for the look outs over NLV. But I would not stay long, as this park has nothing else to offer at the moment.

The place is filthy and litter all over the place I wouldn't let my dog out to play. There's broken glass everywhere dirty diapers looks like a few needles too. If it were clean it would be a beautiful place

I was visiting the park with my grandkids and it is very unfortunate that we couldn't enjoy the afternoon because they had to use the bathroom. The bathroom there is rotten in feces and awful smell comes out meters away from the building to the park area. It is unbearable yo see the disgusting place unable to even walk in it's cement. I think it's a viral disease waiting to happen for the city not to take care of this public what used to be beautiful place.
