- The pool and cleanliness of common areas receive mixed feedback, so consider this if such facilities are a part of your camping experience.

Nice, quiet area. You're able to pick your own spot, as long as it's available. The office staff is nice. The dust from the roads, cause no one would mind the limit, was an issue for us. A lot of the amenities need updating! The laundry room was so dirty, I didn't even bother doing my laundry. Met some really neat people there though!

This a very large campground. Lots of sites to choice from. They do have a number of permit RV around. Didn’t use the bathrooms or laundry room. There’s a well stocked store on location. Price for overnight parking fair. They offer full hookups and are Big Rig friendly.

I stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Mt Rainier - a Saturday night and a Sunday night. While the Sunday night was a better experience, I probably would not come back. The campground was not very well taken care of, between some of the long term campers’ sites being filled with trash and junk and the bathrooms being disgusting. They bathroom doors are all left open, so there were tons of bugs in them. I did not use the pool because it looked pretty gross. My actual site was alright. It was a bit of a weird layout, but I at least got to pick a site that was far away from other campers. On Saturday, there were tons of large groups, partying well into the night. No quiet hours are enforced here, especially on weekends. The large groups had food and trash everywhere, and I was worried about animals wondering onto their sites. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my gear unattended during the day, so I packed up all my stuff when I went into the park. On Sunday night, all of the large groups had thankfully left and it was much quieter. The campgrounds were only an hour from the Sunrise and Paradise areas of the park, which is the main reason I stayed here. I would read the reviews carefully if you choose to stay here, especially on a weekend in the summer.

We stayed 3 long nights. First night was quiet, and not alot of people. Next two nights some very inconsiderate campers thought it was ok to come through our camp site to get to the river at 12am and be as loud as they wanted. The bathrooms were gross with spider webs and cob webs every where, not much privacy in them. Very dirty. Pool was murky didn't look clear. Dump station and bathrooms were closed due to over flowing and plugged up. It once was a beautiful place to come to. I WONT BE BACK. Very little peace and quiet, for the price it is.... not enough staff to run the place.
