The reviews are accurate. Campground is a good place to stay for a night or 2 to visit the park, and the shuttle is very convenient. Sites level, spaced fine and everything worked. A few more trees then the average RV park so there was some shade which was nice. Other than that, I'm not sure why anyone would stay here. There are a lot of big rigs with not enough space to park the cars/trucks towing them, so everyone is in the grass already, and then a lot of people invited guests to join them so the campground is overflowing with vehicles and no place to park them. I've never been at a campground that really didn't care about having gatherings at your site with a ton of people. That said, no one was overly loud or rude, it just made it extremely full. Edit to add, we noticed ants when we were leaving on the power/water/ sewer connections, and by the time we got to our next stop we realized our camper was infested with black ants! I sent a message to the campground to let them know the site # hopefully they spray, but something to look out for. We have we traveling and camping for over 10 years including tons of State Parks and never before had ants from a campground. So that makes them lose another star.

RV sites were very clean, reasonably priced, and located at a great location. A frequent tram takes you to the park every 5-10 mins or so. At the campsite was a nice pool, volleyball, as well as other various games for families. Buying an RV spot also gives you the ability to buy up to 8 discounted park tickets, this was great for our large group!

We got a package for the park and the cabin. The cabin was nice, the ac unit they had in the one room was freezing because of how big it was. My complaint is about the cleanliness. We checked in and went straight to the park so we didn’t have time to check on the linens. When we got back my husband tells me the pillow case in his bed has hairs, 3 long hairs on each side. Two of the towels had yellow stains, for what I know that could have been poop not washed all the way, I don’t know. But since everything was white they can be bleached like is supposed. So we were pretty disgusted by that. There were also some dead bugs under the bed and a big alive centipede in the room. When I called the office it was 9:45 at night so they told me nobody could bring linens because the person was alone in the office. For the price we paid I expected an spotless room!

THis should be a 5 star campgrounds. The sites are all nice with clean level sites and updated facilities. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area looks great. The Trading post is really nice the the people are wonderful. So why a low score? There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for over 150 camping sites. So forget about doing your laundry.

Great location, nice staff. The campground is old and has a lot of dirt (no grass), there is also a fulltimers section that looks like a junkyard, all overgrown and the trailers are falling apart. Would be nicer if they put some money back into the resort. Shuttle to the park was great.
