DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Be cautious of wasting your time at this place. Despite being told the processing time for my application would be 2-3 business days, it took 2 weeks just to be denied. The reason given was low credit, which is false as they were willing to allow me to move the trailer before requesting I replace the siding and windows. I found another trailer that I wanted to purchase instead and submitted it for approval, but said my application was denied. It don't matter if you have a good renting history and income. No evictions no nothing. If they dont want you there they will denied you. I recommend applying on another park. while you wait for their response. You will be just waiting for denial.

Updating my review. The management has been fixing up all the empty places and even moved a new place in. They even have a tree crew out today trimming the overgrown trees. Excited to see this place without abandoned homes. Its getting nicer all the time.

The management around here talk to people like trash. If you try to reach out to someone else higher up nothing gets done. If you voice a concern and they think your wrong the conversation gets no where. Pretty frustrating being as we pay their salary and just want to live in well maintained house in peace. I have never had these issues before anywhere i have lived. Linda messed up charges on my account refused to fix it and then I had to pay $256 more on my rent because of her poor management skills. She finally quit. I thought the other woman was way nicer but our conversation today was not close to professional. I really just dont understand.

I asked for fresh double fish with shredded onions and extra tarter sauce they gave lettus and no tareter and the fish was cold and super crunchyand dry like jerky

Just bought a place here. Still in the remodeling phase but as far as the park its very peaceful, and well maintained from what i have seen over the past week. Really looking forward to living here!
