Had a great experience Chris Long is the best in the biz. And his buddy Anson helped me out greatly as well. The entire team from beginning to end was accommodating helpful, and found exactly what I need. Chris started by asking me what I was looking for and what price range I was in and we found it within15 minutes on the lot. But he showed me both more and less expensive for comparison. Chris is so smart. He picked the perfect one. The first one he showed me.

I was very excited about my appointment to buy a new camper. Unfortunately the sales staff wasn't very excited. In fact, I waited around 45 minutes and never spoke to a salesperson. Why make the appointment if you aren't prepared to assist a serious customer. We left and drove over to Johnny Walker RV. With no appointment we were assisted right away and purchased a beautiful Mini Winnie. Sometimes it's all about professionalism and customer service.

We had an amazing experience with Camping World. Our salesman was Chris and he was very helpful and kept the conversation going when things took a little long. We went in said what we wanted and were shown many options. We found our travel trailer and are very happy with it! We were able to get it two days after accepting the offer that was presented. Everyone there was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend asking for Chris when you go!

My husband and I purchased a brand new 2023 hideout ! My husband travels for work and we needed a good reliable trailer considering we have a 3 year old. We’ve had nothing but problems with it since we have gotten it 1 month ago. Tried calling and they said they couldn’t help us because we weren’t in Vegas. Not even offering for us to take it to another location or trying to help at all. Propane hose blew up in my husbands face. Main bedroom sliding door broke off, missing a piece in the shower in order to even take showers ! Cabinet doors broken, our main door to open trailer is broken. Worst customer service ever that being said when we were purchasing we received highest quality service. Don’t recommend shopping here. Never been treated so poorly.

We bought our first travel trailer with Wayne. We came in one weekend just to check the travel trailer’s out and made sure he knew we were just browsing. He stayed with us and showed us all the campers we wanted to see and showed us some we didn’t look at online and is actually the one we bought. Happily gave us all and any information we needed / asked for. Even showed us a travel trailer I was just curious about because of how big it was. We then told him we would be back after we looked at other places. He gave us his info we left. Couple weeks later we insisted on buying one particular travel trailer(as Wayne as the salesman) he took us to it. We asked a lot of questions and he helped us. We are a young couple and every time the salesmen is pushy and thinks they can pull a fast one on us because of our age. Wayne never once pushed us. He made sure we were comfortable with the RV. I feel like we got one hell of a deal. If you’re gonna buy at Camping World ask for Wayne O. He’s the guy to go to!
