About This Campsite
Campground USA
Campground USA offers a spacious and well-maintained RV and camping experience. With large sites and patio spots, it is designed to provide comfort and convenience to its visitors. Although some find the park adequately pleasing, reviews highlight certain limitations in terms of rules enforcement and available amenities.
Tips for a Pleasant Stay
- Consider the dog policies carefully: Visitors mentioned issues with dog weight restrictions; it's best to confirm before arrival.
- Facilities such as pools and laundry are placed inconveniently, potentially requiring you to leave the premises to access them after certain hours.
- Wi-Fi is not included within the site and is available at an additional cost, although the connection may be poor.
- The park has limited amenities, but there may be ongoing developments for community engagements.
Overall Thoughts
While Campground USA boasts of friendly staff and a clean environment, frequent campers might find the lack of consistent rule enforcement and additional charges for certain amenities less than ideal. Nevertheless, the charm of the surroundings and the size of the sites make it a potential option for visitors who prioritize space and quietness over facilities. It’s recommended to have clear expectations and to verify specific requirements ahead to ensure a seamless camping experience.

My fiance and I lived here for just over a year for work. We landed there because it was one of the only all ages parks in the area with availability. The park itself is nice and fairly well maintained with large spaces and patio spots. The camp hosts at the time were friendly and always stopped to say hello and give our service dog a treat. The problems are that the rules don't make sense and are not enforced fairly and equally as some people have commented on, and the office and management can be very impersonal and have apparently been told not to fraternize too much with the tenants. (an inside source told us about training) We made the best of it and tried to keep our lives separate from those we became friends with. They were very accommodating to us but were very judgmental about our service dog being a pit mix and almost didn't let us in the park. During our stay there we saw many dogs that were over the 40 lb limit. They also just started denying enclosed cargo trailers because they "clutter up the spaces" but let one resident keep theirs due to being grandfathered in. They claim to be family friendly but I have also been told they charge families for having children an extra $5/day. We met multiple families who told us this. Their reasoning was that "they use more water"...? But there is also no playground or a place for them to play besides the pool which is not my definition of "family friendly". There's a lot of hypocrisy and favoritism you'll notice if you stay long enough. It seems as though they advertise a family friendly place but really actually want it to be a 55+. If you don't need much from the office or don't plan on staying there too long, or you don't have pets or kids you might not have a problem, good luck if you do.

We lived here a few years ago when they were first built and had no pool and very limited amenities. The park itself is okay. No trees or shade but well kept. When we left they were building a new community room so we donated 10-15 board games to get them started. This time around we called to book a 2 night stay as we were passing through and very long story short we were denied because 1 of our dogs was over the 40lb limit and we were told people would be upset that they couldn’t have their big dogs in the park if they allowed us…. (Same dogs we had last time, same weight, well behaved) MEANWHILE… we have friends in the park that have a dog that is 100+lbs… and we’re informed from them that there are about 10 big dogs in the park well over the weight limit. Unfortunately the reviews about Donna are not exaggerated. She’s going to ruin a perfectly good park. FYI the koa down the street was actually nicer and cheaper so it ended up working out 🤙

Very poor design for an RV park. We stayed on one end and the pool and laundry was on the other end, outside of the park. They have gates that are closed from 7 pm until 7 am. So, if you need to do laundry during that time you have to leave the park. Have no WiFi in the park, only at the laundry area. Park is nice, but was only half full when we were there at the end of April. Most people there were workers. People that worked there were nice. Would not stay again.

First time here for 2 months. We'll kept, great and friendly staff. Very helpful and accomidating. I realize this is a fairly new park, but needs more amenities. Another pickle ball court. more equipment in exercise room. Events to get people involved and meet one another. Need on site wi fi included. Available option ($60) month. only 1 bar at any time and everyone is trying to get on. Very poor Verizon connection.
